I was pleased with the overall service from initiation to installation and completion. All responses were clear and prompt and the final product agreed was good value for money. The installation team of John, John and David were spot on time, very polite and helpful and completed the work in my lofts ahead of schedule. After completion they removed all protective coverings etc and hoovered the staircase, landings and lofts. Finally explained the use of the new ladders etc. Very well done all round. I phoned to enquire about a no obligation quote, woman on the phone noted my details and Michael contacted me the next day to arrange a time and date, he arrived as agreed, i have a large loft space so Michael with being asked quoted 3 different options, the next day i called to book the installation, again a time and date was agreed and once again the guys doing the install turned up as arranged. The installation guys straight away placed floor coverings from the front door to the loft hatch, when the work was done they cleared everything up and even hoovered, i was then given a demonstration on how my new ladder and hatch should be operated and shown the completed work. I could not be happier, i now have 19m2 of new storage space, and the quality of the work is top notch, all of this also comes with a lifetime guarantee which i'm sure won't really be required if maintained properly. Overall i am delighted, the job from start to finish was to the highest order of professionalism, and considering all the materials and labour i would say it was a fantastic bargain. If i had a second loft i would have that done too.

The initial consultation was really helpful and gave us options to include shelving which was great as we hadn’t considered that. Quotes clear and follow up was always timely. The guys who came to do the installation were very professional and friendly and respected our property. We had the loft in our newbuild floored and ladders installed - work was all done to a high standard and it’s made an amazing amount of extra room for storage in what was essentially wasted space. Wonderful service from quote to completion. Michael helped us decide what the work should entail with excellent and pertinent safety advice (particularly for us pensioners). The subsequent quote was very competitive. Once we accepted the quote, we agreed a suitable date with Michael who outlined how he would proceed and gave us a time slot in which he would complete the work. On the day, he was exact not only with his timing but with the quality of work, materials and care of our property. When finished, I was given the opportunity to inspect our new loft hatch and ladder and given a run down on the operation. My wife and I are delighted with it and also with the removal and disposal of the old eyesore which it replaced. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and this team, they were excellent.

Highly recommend Michael and John for a fantastic job sourcing a ladder for our very high ceilings and keeping in touch from start to finish. Delighted with our new ladder and took away the old one, left no mess and showed us how to use the new one. Great service and would highly recommend.

Excellent firm to deal with. Great communication with Michael. Both he and his co-worker were very pleasant and worked hard, making and fitting a loft hatch. They did a great job and cleared up really well, leaving no mess. They had covered and protected the stair and landing carpets and the entrance. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would use them again.

We recently had access 4 lofts fit a new hatch and ladder along with some flooring in the loft and the complete loft area topped up with insulation, Michael visited initially to survey the job and then provide a detailed costing for the entire project , following that two of his team { sorry did not catch the guys names } attended exactly when was agreed and did a very professional job the two fitters were very polite and informative and even went beyond by emptying some old flooring boards and bits and pieces that were up in the loft and stacked them away in my garage, they had covered all the stairs and carpets with dust sheets and cleared up everything and even hoovering up any debris , 1st class.

I was very impressed with Access4lofts responsiveness to my initial enquiry and how quickly the arranged the original measure and and quote. The guys arrived at the prearranged time, with dust sheets under arms and ready to get going. They did an excellent job and left the hallway tidy when they were finished. The also made sure to use dust sheets to protect the carpet and to make sure I knew how to safely use the ladder. Would highly recommend!

Michael and his worker arrived at the agreed time. They immediately covered all my carpets and started the work. I now have a lovely new loft hatch which can be opened easily with a pole, prior to this I had to climb a ladder and push the loft hatch up. The work carried out was excellent and the materials used are a very high quality. I would not hesitate in recommending Michael and his team, their workmanship was perfect, no mess and the price was excellent. A brilliant job.
