I 1st heard of Access4Lofts when I saw their van driving up my street. I called them & within 48 hours Michael visited my house & sent me a quote to floor my loft. The only downside was I had to wait a few months for the work to be done as they were fully booked. I’m so glad I waited. On the installation day Michael & another man arrived on time, perhaps even a touch early. They worked solidly for about 3.5 hours. When completed I had a full demonstration of how the loft ladder worked & advised the work has a lifetime guarantee. The men were exceptionally tidy & clean. There was absolutely no mess. I cannot recommend this company more. Very professional. I’m very satisfied with a good job very well done.

The service was very professional from the outset, beginning with a home visit for assessment and quotation. The installation was progressed to a high standard in a timeous and courteous manner including cleaning up at the conclusion.

Information regarding options for our loft hatch /ladder upgrade were clear and concise and we were provided with a prompt quote and proposed date of installation. Access to the loft in our bungalow was via my old rickety step ladder and then skirt around an awkwardly positioned water tank. I am now 25 years older and around 4 stone heavier than when we first moved in! I tend to avoid accessing the loft very often. I realised that the positioning of the water tank on a raised platform close to the loft hatch could prove to make the installation of an extendable loft ladder tricky. I contacted a couple of companies who quoted prices but were not prepared to visit. My experience with Michael at Access4Lofts was completely different. He advised that there would be a lead time of approx 2 months before installation, but was only too happy to visit when next in the area and carry out a site survey. This was duly done and I was very impressed by his professionalism and the Covid safe protocols that he had in place. We received his quotation and I immediately placed my order. An agreed date and time for delivery & installation was stipulated. On the morning of the job he called to advise that they were running ahead of schedule & enquired if they could come earlier than stated which I agreed to. The job was completed in a most professional manner and they had to make some adjustments to clear the tank’s platform. They tidied up on completion and took time to demonstrate the operation of the locking system. Overall very impressive and I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for loft access.

Cracking job carried out by this company. They had to relocate the loft hatch which I was a bit worried about as I’d had decorating recently done, but it was an extremely clean, quick tidy job. Good area floored for storage, with shelving & a light fitted. Great price too. Highly recommended

Michael and Davis arrived on time despite a heavy snowfall overnight. The work carries out was of a very high standard and carried out quickly and efficiently. Everything was done in line with the quote and price given in advance. They complied with Covid restrictions throughout. Full explanation and demonstration of ladder workings given. The work area inside and outside was cleared completely and left in good order. Very pleased with the standard of work and the customer service given.

I was searching for companies to install a loft ladder and new hatch in our home and Michael/Access4Lofts came recommended by a friend of mine. I contacted Michael and we arranged an appropriate time for him to come to our home , check out what was required and provide an estimate. Michael turned up at our home exactly at the promised time , spent a good deal of time with me understanding exactly what i required . He clearly explained the alternative solutions/costs available and we agreed on the job details and date for the fit. Michael arrived exactly at the time agreed to install the ladder and the job was complete as promised with no mess . Very happy with the service, arrived on time, took great care not to scratch or scrape anything taking wood and tools up and down my many flights of stairs. Cleaned up when they left and finished the job 3 hours quicker than expected. Very happy.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone considering work on their loft. We had a new hatch, ladder and 14sq m of flooring and insulation installed in a day. The guys were incredibly neat, courteous and professional. The job itself was just great - the brand new hatch and ladder will make life so much easier for the whole family - and I’m looking forward to not being the only one who can now get all the Xmas decorations down!! I was very surprised to see how much had been done in just one day and once they had gone you’d never had known they had been there. One of the neatest and tidiest jobs we’ve ever had done. Michael had arranged to do the work on 25th March which wasn’t possible due to COVID-19. Completed as soon as possible after. Kept up to date throughout. The work carried out was excellent we had a loft space which was virtually unusable poor access and walking space. This has been transformed into great storage space with easy access. Extended hatch, new spring loaded ladder. Michael made sure social distancing was adhered to. Work completed and place all tidied up in one day . Great price. We are delighted.
