From the first visit when we discussed our requirements we have been so impressed by the service and guidance we received. The team arrived on time and set out how they would be progressing the work and how they would clear up afterwards, all of which were fully met. We were simply very impressed with the manner in which the work was actually carried out. We are so pleased with the work the team carried out and it will make a huge difference to us.

The initial survey was professional and clear about the issues and alternatives in creating a new loft hatch into our roof space. The quote was clear and represented a fixed price. A list of work standards was provided and these were adhered to. The installer was very pleasant and easy to talk to about any concerns and completed the job to a good standard. A good outfit worthy of a good rating. Have no hesitation in recommending them from our experience.

It was obvious that the man doing the installation of the loft ladder knew what he was doing. He arrived on time and carried out the work to the agreed schedule and cost. The briefing on the ladder's use on completion of the installation was short, clear and to the point. The quality of the work was very good indeed and carried out with the minimum of fuss. The humour of the individual carrying out the work was much appreciated. It was a pleasant experience and a pleasure to deal with the HQ of the firm providing the service in such an efficient manner. Access4Lofts answered the initial email a big plus. Then phoned after I expressed interest. The surveyor came at the time arranged. He explained all that would be required, listened to our concerns and noted the extra work we requested. A date was set for the work to be carried out. The young man arrived absolutely on time. He had the notes from the survey and all necessary materials. An electrician followed, as requested, to sort through and tidy up a myriad of wires. Dust sheets were laid and the work quickly commenced. He worked continuously for two days. There was minimal dust, a bit of noise, no disruption to the workings of the house. He was delightful, friendly and courteous at all times. On completion, he explained all the work carried out and we could see our requests had all been met.

Fitted our loft ladder. Estimate carried out carefully and we were kept fully informed. The access was tricky but all problems solved. Very pleasant fitter who carried the work out quickly and left the place immaculate.

Recommended. We had a number of quotes and this one was well below the others. The two guys arrived on time and finished on time, were friendly and kept at it. They also kept the rest of the house tidy, put down dustsheets and took off their outdoor shoes. The loft flooring, ladder and new hatch is just what we were expecting and was very neatly done. There's some making good to be done where they removed the old hatch - this was as explained to us at the original visit and the area needed decorating anyway. We now have a usable storage space for all the stuff we brought with us from our previous (larger) house.
