Access4Lofts recently carried out insulating and boarding my loft, work also included renewing the loft hatch cover and installing a telescopic ladder. The surveyor was very thorough, and I received a quote later that same day. I was pleased with the price which in my view was reasonable. I had a couple of queries before the work started, but found their administration team efficient and helpful, I always received a reply to my query either that same day or the following day. On the day, the 2 installers turned up on time, they were very polite and courteous and treated my house with respect, putting down dust sheets upstairs and downstairs. They were nice guys and I felt comfortable with them being in my house, they worked very hard during the day and only took a couple of short breaks. They followed the scope of the work without any problems and in my view were experienced and skilled in their field. The work was all completed within one day and afterwards, they cleaned up thoroughly and showed me how the hatch and ladder operated. The work was completed within the scope of the quote and according to my budget. I'm still sorting 'stuff', but it's brilliant to be able to access the loft without having to balance on a step ladder, plus of course having boarding and shelving to store things sensibly. I also don't have to worry about making a wrong move and going through the ceiling below! Overall, I'm extremely pleased and would recommend A4L.

I had been looking for a company for a while who did a smaller conversion and for storage purposes so I was glad to find Access4Lofts. The initial visit was thorough, with plenty of time to discuss options. The company stayed in good communication with me prior to the appointment, and were very accommodating when I requested changes to the quote. The work took as long as predicted, and all workers were polite and clear in their manner, and thorough in the clear-up. I don't hesitate to recommend this company.

We had new insulation, lighting, boards, ladder and a new loft hatch installed for our loft. The standard of work was excellent, very tidy, and we were kept up to date throughout the order process. We are very happy with our much improved loft space and would highly recommend Access4Lofts. In addition we were able to pay zero VAT thanks to the Government energy efficiency incentive scheme.

Fantastic service from start to finish. A thorough explanation at each point from the installation team. Work carried out to a high standard. They even hoovered up the whole landing area and stairs afterwards!
