Jed and his team did a brilliant job lining our loft. Since moving in we'd been dealing with lots of dust and dirt falling on our belongings and into our sons bedroom everytime we opened the hatch. They carried out a thorough job and left everything perfectly clean and tidy. Team were polite, friendly and cracked on with an excellent job. Everything about the process, from getting a free visit and quote to the completion of the work was simple and easy. If I needed further work carried out I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I received an immaculate service from Access 4 Lofts, from start to finish. From my initial contact on the phone: polite, helpful and efficient. To the survey by Brett, who was courteous and thorough, to Bevan who carried out the works and was just a delight to deal with. He boarded 5 sq m in my loft (not room for much more) and insulated it underneath first. Then insulted the rest of the loft which was below standard previously. Bevan then fitted a telescopic ladder and attached a new hatch with insulation. The finished job was exactly what I had hoped for, the house was left as it was found (clean and tidy) and Bevan explained the operation of the new hatch and ladder to me with great care and kindness. So, thank you so much to everyone for a job very well done.

The two installers, Jackson and Liam, both introduced themselves which we thought was a great, professional way to start. Nice guys, very thoughtful. The job was done quickly, efficiently and without fuss. They both took pains to ensure that I understood the mechanism of the ladder once it was fitted. Just had our new loft ladder fitted by Access4Lofts. Very professional team, provided a quote and although they charge a little more for their ladders, you get what you pay for! Very strong sturdy ladder and will make access to our loft so much easier now. The team were polite, efficient and left the house clean & tidy as well as following the new COVID-19 formalities.

It is not often that I write reviews. But they are really worthy of a compliment! They installed a loft floor, access ladder and extra storage shelves in the loft. The professionalism of this company is exceptional - both during the quote and the installation. There was just no fuss and no nonsense.
