The whole engagement with Access4Lofts has been first class - from the initial survey and quote through to installation. Craig was exemplary as our fitter. He was very courteous and professional throughout and the standard of his work looks excellent to me. It was also good that as well as fitting improved insulation Access4Lofts also built a boarded area for storage with proper insulation below the boarding. The other companies we approached for insulation did not offer to fit boarding.

Excellent communications from this company, whether the surveyor, those in the office, or the fitters undertaking the work who: - Installed a new hatch to a loft area with no previous access - Fully insulated that area - Created a new solid floor to this loft to enable storage - Fitted a good-quality telescopic loft ladder - Took care to protect carpets and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I fully recommend them.

The gentleman who came to survey and prepare the quotation was the most thorough we'd had, both in discussing our options and the presentation of the quotation itself. We decided to have the loft boarded and have a loft ladder installed. The quotation was clearly set out with each stage being explained and priced. We had chosen a bespoke ladder with wider steps and we are so glad we did as this is a far safer option than our precarious former loft access arrangements. The quotation was also the most competitively priced from about half a dozen companies. These factors 'sealed the deal' as far as were were concerned. The gentlemen who came to do the installation were extremely polite, efficient, clean and tidy. Our staircase was protected throughout and they showed respect for our property the whole day. Communication with all departments was swift and polite. We are extremely happy with our new loft opening, ladder and boarding. Very professional work in my loft by Access4Lofts. They made 2 visits to complete the job, fitting of lighting to the house and garage lofts by Pierre followed by Michael boarding the loft and fitting an access ladder. Both guys were prompt, friendly and very efficient. I commend and recommend them. Overall, Access4Lofts have been reliable and very cost-effective
