I had a very good experience with Access4Lofts. The quote that they provided was clear and accurate. The installer arrived promptly at the agreed time and was helpful and considerate. The work was carried out efficiently and to a good standard of workmanship.

From the initial enquiry to installing my loft ladder- Access4loft have been exceptionally professional, polite and expert in what they do. Appointment times were made to suit my calendar, the surveyor, Brett, knows his stuff. Went through the options and the fitter was equally professional. So punctual, restful of my home. Above all, I am so happy with the quality of the work - I can finally access my loft confidently. I would highly recommend these guys - I wish more trades people could learn about the whole customer experience from these guys.

We did two lofts on the same day with different specs. From our initial inquiry to fitting and clean up was 4 days! They came right on time and did the survey on Tuesday 5th July, gave us a few options for each of the lofts which we agreed in principle. The quote came the same evening. After agreeing to the quote they found us a space to do the fitting the next day, Thursday the 7th. Arrived on time at 09:00 and were gone by 14:00. You wouldn't have known anyone had been in either room as the cleaning up was so good. All the staff we dealt with were very professional, shoe covers etc. On the phone they were quick to answer and get the correct person to give you a callback. The payment was after they had finished the work and you had been shown how each ladder came down and put away.

An excellent company who delivered a high quality service from initial contact, site survey, project execution and handover. Delivered on time and on budget. Would not hesitate in recommending to others, in fact this has already happened.

I was extremely impressed by the team - very polite, efficient and quiet. In short, probably one of the nicest crew we’ve ever had working at the house. The work took less time than i had expected and I was left with a clean and tidy loft- they even vacuumed up the many cobwebs up there!

I used this company to provide an enlarged loft hatch and ladder. From consultation to construction the experience was satisfactory. The help with choice of ladder to fitting went smoothly. Competitive price. The guy fitting the lift ladder cleaned away all materials and hoovered up, making sure we knew how to work the ladder and were happy before departing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They are extremely professional and keep you informed along the way.
