Access4Lofts Guildford

We asked Access4Lofts to come and survey our loft so that we could have a loft ladder installed and the loft boarded. We were told it would take a day to complete the work. Brett came to carry out the survey and although the job required the loft hatch to be moved this was not going to be a problem (surveys from other traders had advised that we would have to move it and then get them out). A week later, Pete and his team came to carry out the work. They were fantastic from the moment they arrived. Very professional, polite and friendly. They talked us through the process thoroughly and happily answered any questions we asked throughout the day. They took the time to explain the products and were very knowledgeable. We are possibly going to require more work to be done in the future and will definitely be using them again. Thanks for the amazing job you did, Access4Lofts.

Absolutely excellent service - replaced our clapped out loft ladder with a really lightweight yet solid and safe alternative at a very reasonable price. The person fitting the ladder arrived at the previously arranged time and did the work really efficiently. Would definitely recommend this company to any of our neighbours looking to enhance access to their lofts.

I was impressed with the service provided by this company. From the start I was Kept informed through the whole process. The quote was delivered promptly, and the work was carried out in the dates a green. I was sent messages at each stage of the process. The workmen were exceptional and if it hadn’t been for the banging I wouldn’t have known they were in the house. Dust sheets were used and the house was left spotless. Extremely polite and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend them.

A pleasure of deal with. Jed and Nico installed a new loft hatch and ladder requiring enlargement of the existing hatch. Despite having to deal with an uneven ceiling (we have an older property) they did a very good job. The installed loft ladder works well. They we punctual and polite. They did a good tidy up afterwards. I would recommend them.

Jed and Nico boarded up my loft, replaced all the old insulation and installed a timber loft ladder. The work carried out was absolutely amazing, neat and professionally done! The boarding is neat and level, and the ladder and hatch is super easy and light to open and close. I'm extremely thrilled with the awesome space I now have for storage, and have noticed that the temperature in my house is much more regulated, which no doubt will reflect in my energy bills. I was advised, consulted and updated at every stage of the process, which meant that I felt involved and cared for as a customer. Not a shred of dust or mess was left afterwards as the chaps vacuumed and cleaned up everything beautifully. I highly recommend these guys, and have passed on their details to a number of my friends who will be booking them for their lofts in the new year! Highly recommend! A+++++

Very prompt and punctual assessment followed by an appointment following week . New ladder installed again at agreed time and within time parameters promised. All very professional, clean, and a pleasant experience. Would recommend wholeheartedly..

Fitter arrived on time suitably masked. Carried out an excellent job and left very tidy. Explained how to open and shut the loft. I was very satisfied all round.
