Boarding of loft floor on legs with the installation of stowable telescopic ladder. I chose to contact this company to do this work based on their positive customer reviews. Great customer service from start to finish - from my initial request for a quote/site visit to the finished job. Lyndon and Bianca responded promptly to all communications, a site visit was undertaken and a quote provided which I was happy to accept. The original appointment to do the work was brought forward, with my agreement, as they had a cancellation. Ryno arrived exactly on time, was polite, friendly and communicative. He set down sheets to protect the floor. I was happy to leave him to complete the work in my absence, and he called me when he had finished. The job was done exactly as described, the property was left perfectly and the invoice was the agreed amount. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, and would happily use them again for any similar work on another property.

The estimate was accepted and work started within 5 days. It took only 170 minutes to complete. The fitter was very friendly and obviously liked his work and the company he worked for. He tidied up and hoovered the affected area removing all the dust sheets. I could not applaud more the efficiency and finished product. I thoroughly recommend the company to all.

A very well explained quote on pre visit. Administration around installation is very good, matches the efficiency of the installation. Day of installation was carried out all on time as explained with care taken to keep stairs and landing clean. (Was cleaner when they left and when they arrived) New loft ladder and hatch way works wonderfully and is a great bonus to our home. Recommend 100%.

Jed from Access4Lofts arrived promptly, and discussed the work to be completed. There was a slight change needed, and he gave advice on the different options available. He completed the work within the suggested timescale and tidied up well after himself. All in all, a good job.

Right from the quote from Wesley to the work carried out by Jackson and Euan, I have been hugely impressed with the quality of service and level of expertise from beginning to end. The finished result was better than imagined and the job came in on time and on budget. Both Jackson and Euan were polite, friendly and kept noise and disruption to a minimum, kept us informed of progress along the way and cleaned up every day before leaving. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Access4Lofts too highly. I needed all my loft to be topped up to about 10 inches of insulation and raised boarding for part of the loft. The surveyor listened carefully to my needs and the estimate was prompt and very competitive and with a reassuring and important caveat that if they found they had to do any additional work that the surveyor hadn't spotted then they would cover the cost. With the estimate came very comprehensive Covid safeguarding instructions. On the day Andrew, the installer, worked hard, cleaned up well and even offered to take rubbish that had been left in my loft by the previous owner some 30 years ago! An impressive and hassle free firm to deal with.

Access4Lofts answered the initial email a big plus. Then phoned after I expressed interest. The surveyor came at the time arranged. He explained all that would be required, listened to our concerns and noted the extra work we requested. A date was set for the work to be carried out. The young man arrived absolutely on time. He had the notes from the survey and all necessary materials. An electrician followed, as requested, to sort through and tidy up a myriad of wires. Dust sheets were laid and the work quickly commenced. He worked continuously for two days. There was minimal dust, a bit of noise, no disruption to the workings of the house. He was delightful, friendly and courteous at all times. On completion, he explained all the work carried out and we could see our requests had all been met.
