Access4Lofts completed an excellent job today, installing loft flooring, reinstating insulation, restructuring a strut and reinstalling a loft ladder. The two lads turned up on time and immediately laid protective sheets on carpets, they even took their shoes off! They were thoroughly professional in the work they carried out, doing an excellent job. When finished all carpets etc., were hoovered and they left the place better than they found it. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services, thank you for an excellent job.

From the moment I contacted the company, everyone with whom I dealt was friendly, courteous and professional. When Ryan visited to assess the work, he demonstrated thorough knowledge of his subject and clear thinking in tailoring a solution specific to my situation. Scheduling the installation was efficient, and in the agreed date the installers arrived promptly and worked with great efficiency. The quality of the carpentry to modify the existing opening is impeccable. Attention to detail is superb, in particular that the new hatch includes thermal insulation on its upper surface. The ladder itself is fantastic, extremely robust in construction while being lightweight in materials. Very easy for one person to lower and raise. I can't rate these guys highly enough. I was having my loft completely emptied and new insulation and boarding throughout. Came and gave me a quote, explained each part of the quote and the reason why they had to do certain things. From the moment they arrived to the moment they go home they do not stop working. Would highly recommend!

Access4Lofts Heathrow boarded half of our loft, fitted a new hatch and ladders which makes it safer and more accessible, Ryan who carried out the work with one of his colleagues, was very helpful and explained everything he was going to do. We would strongly recommend Ryan and his team as the work carried out is outstanding, he arrived on time and cleared up afterwards, he took care to explain the use and safety of the ladders and made sure I could access the loft without any issues. Finally the price for the size boarded and work carried out was excellent.
