Cannot fault Jack, who completed my loft boarding, light fitting, new hatch and ladder. Polite, personable, respectful of property and of me. On time, high quality work, very competitive price. After being let down on an installation date by another loft installer I rang Jack Ellis of Access4Lofts. He came out and discussed what I wanted, he made suggestions based on his professional knowledge. I was very pleased with our initial meeting. His quote was very competitive with better quality ladders and loft hatch than the previous installer. The installation was faultless. The boarding in the loft was seamless, a great job was made. Jack spent time demonstrating the use of the ladder and hatch. His work colleagues tidied up efficiently. I have no problem in recommending Access4Lofts. In this day and age its refreshing to know that there are still companies who take pride in their work and provide a service that is driven by quality and competence.

3 bed house, very limited roof space, full loft insulation with Isover Space Saver. I researched, it is a brilliant product with excellent safety characteristics. Importantly I got a text reminder the day before. Arrived 8.30am. did a good clean job very little mess but they vacuumed up after with their own hoover. Very pleasant to deal with, good value for money, efficiently just got on with the job. I immediately paid via BACS transfer against an emailed invoice, all done and dusted in a couple of hours. Jack gave me a very competitive quote for boarding the loft, putting in a new loft hatch & fitting loft ladders. He was also able to suggest solutions to other issues I had in my loft, such as replacing an inaccessible lightbulb with an LED light etc. He was prompt in his communication with me, such as setting a date to view my loft & giving me a quotation. On the day the job was done, Jack helped 2 other workmates to unload the van & introduced his colleagues who carried out the work competently. Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided & the completed job.

Jack and his colleague worked at my house for two full days to install a new loft hatch, ladder, supporting partition wall and roof insulation. The communication prior to the appointment was excellent - from the initial inspection and quote, right through to arranging a convenient installation date. We were looking to have a loft ladder installed, together with boarding to allow some storage. Jack's assessment of work to be carried out was professional and thorough - he asked questions to find out the exact needs and listened to us fully, he also clearly answered any questions that we had. Our loft hatch is in a confined space and Jack reassured that it was not necessary for it to be relocated (others had insisted that this had to be done). We received a fully itemised, clear quotation for the work On the installation day, Marcus and Jack arrived on time and Marcus immediately proceeded to put sheeting down to protect the carpet, and both were polite and respectful at all times. We were shown how to use the ladder correctly and safely and given the opportunity to try it out. We were also given the opportunity to inspect the work done to ensure that all was acceptable, which it was and more. We now have a loft that is easily accessible, with lighting and a strong and safe storage area. The work has been carried out efficiently and very cleanly - Jack insisted on hoovering up the areas they had been working in before they left even though there wasn't any mess. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone wanting to make the most of their loft space.

A very pleasing experience all around. Marcus arrived well before time, which was good for me as an earlier start meant any unforseen snags could be catered for( there were none in the event). He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and, being a craftsman, did an excellent carpentary job on all the relevant woodwork. He rarely stopped for a breather and the often encountered use of mobile phone was thankfully absent, unlike many 'tradesmen' we have encountered!! The finished job was highly satisfactory and I have no hesitation in recommending him and the company.

Both Jack and Marcus were brilliant. Very quick fitting the loft ladder and extremely tidy. Friendly and explained how to use the ladders, was really pleased with the work carried out.

I spoke to Jack having seen him working on a neighbours property, I had initially spoken to a similar firm, but was not impressed with the experience. Jack was a breath of fresh air, listened to our needs and concerns and advised the correct sytem we needed to use for our new build home. He quoted promptly and booked the job in, he arrived on time and got on with the job, no mess, no problems and he created a great usable space for us. From the 1st visit for a quote right through to our work being completed, Jack was polite, easy to get on with and very professional. Pricing was clear with none of those surprise additions to the bill; the quote was easy to read; pricing was great. The team worked hard from the moment they arrived, they cleared their mess and we are really delighted with the results. Jack has been very professional in all our dealings.Arrived on time and went about his work with the minimum of fuss- all carpets were meticulously covered ,hence no mess at all . Hardly settled down when Jack said he had finished the work Went through the operation of the ladder until I was conversant with its operation ,no mess to clear away whatsoever! Jack was very professional from survey to job completion. Arrived on time, covered all adjacent areas with his sheets etc. got on with the work without any fuss and completed much quicker than we expected. After completion Jack cleaned and vacuumed all areas as well as talking us through his work. We would recommend this company to anyone thinking of similar projects.

The fitter arrived and was polite and started by covering all the floors and stairs with dust sheets. He got on with job quickly. He finished the work and removed all the old ladders and debris. After he vacuumed the entire area including the stairs. He then gave me a complete demonstration of how to use the ladders. All in all I would highly recommend Access For Lofts.
