To install the loft ladder, it was necessary to resize the hatch. This has been done so well that it is impossible to tell that it was not the original. The ladder is strong and easy to lower and fix for safe use; it is also simple to stow away. The boarding as produced a good strong surface for storage of items such as suitcases, while the battery-operated light adds to the convenience and safety of the whole installation. The work was completed in just two hours and the site left clean and tidy. On the whole this was a highly efficient and professional operation and I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and his team should anyone be considering such an installation.

Nick and Ray arrived on time and set to work straight away. Explained the work that they would be doing. All areas were covered with dust sheets. Arrived promptly with carpet dust sheets. Very polite and courteous throughout the installation of new drop down loft hatch, surround and three section sprung ladder. Even re-sited my old basic ladder in another loft space for me. Everything was fully explained and demonstrated with invoice, lifetime guarantee and instructions handed to me on completion. Very impressed with the service and attention to detail.
