My name is David and I’m your Leeds/York based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

I had my loft boarded insulation and loft ladder installed. David came and gave a competitive Quote based on my requirements. Told me about the type of materials he would use. At my request he was able to source wool insulation having looked at pros and cons. He and Ben came to complete the work it was finished on time, to my satisfaction. After being disappointed with previous jobs carried out in the house, timekeeping and results, I can honestly say that I was very pleased from start to finish with Access4Lofts. The two gentlemen who came to do the work arrived as scheduled, were friendly and did the work efficiently. They noticed there was a mark on the hatch so went away to obtain and fit a replacement. When they finished they explained how to work the ladders and did a good job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend this Company

David and Ben did a great job, they are very professional, punctual and friendly. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. We had an attic floor boarded, David came to quote at the agreed time and they arrived to do the work as arranged. It took a day and a half to complete, they fully cleaned up before they left. David came out promptly and gave quotation for loft opening re-jigged and foldaway ladder. His quotation was very reasonable. I had already, had a quote from another company which was beyond my means. Work started within a week and David explained the process fully. Installation and boarding down of my loft. The service was excellent from start to finish. David arrived to give me a quote at the time agreed, explained everything that would need to be done. He gave me an estimated price that included pointing out the bits that were VAT free and agreed a possible date for completion. David arrived promptly on the agreed date, completed all the work without any fuss or issues, explained what he needed to do and what couldn't be done and completed the work within the agreed time framed. The entire job was done wonderfully and was significantly cheaper than I expected. Would highly recommend to the others!

David installed my loft ladders and boarded part of the loft. He was very professional and friendly. He arrived at the agreed time, laid dust sheets to protect the carpets (as the loft opening needed enlarging so it was a bit of a messy job), cleaned up after himself and did a great job overall! He made sure I was happy with the job and comfortable with how to use the ladders before packing up. Very happy with my new loft ladders and boarding, would definitely recommend! Thank you David!

Great job and really pleased I chose Access4Lofts. David gave me a detailed quote to install a ladder, insulation, boarding and lighting. He arrived on time, put dust covers down where needed and tidied up when finished. We were asked if we wanted to go up into the loft to have a look around and make sure we were happy with the work he had done and he also demonstrated how the hatch & ladder work so we can get up and down safely. We love the end result and finally have some great storage space in our house. Would definitely recommend David at Access4Lofts.
