Excellent company to use for your loft ladders. Carried work out with no fuss whatsoever and a professional attitude. Showed me what they'd done, how it worked and informed me any problems, give them a call. Superb!!!!

Richard arrived on time and was very friendly. He took the time to explain the work needed. He provided a very reasonable quote and this was the price we paid. No extras were added. We had a new loft hatch fitted, a loft ladder, boarding, shelving and 2 new loft lights. This was completed in one day with minimum disruption. We are extremely happy with the work as the loft was completely unusable beforehand. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard and access4lofts to anyone interested in gaining extra storage space. A first-class job.

Richard from access4lofts initially came out to give me a quote for loft access and boarding. He was punctual, professional and explained everything to me clearly. He sent the 2 quotes through when he said he would and I was happy with these. I chose to have the work done and arranged a date to suit us both. I found his communication around the time of this date and on the day itself, to be excellent, keeping me informed at all times. The work done was to a high standard and he gave me a clear explanation of what he’d done and then how to use the hatch and access ladder. He left where he’s been working, neat and tidy. I would highly recommend this service and would use them again.

The work was carried out in a very professional manner and all debris was removed by the installer when the job was finished. Very happy with the whole experience and would not hesitate to use again.

Richard Burns boarded the loft and installed shelving. It was completed on the arranged date and for the price quoted. He turned up on time in fact he was a few minutes early. First impressions were that he was smart and professional. Richard is a likeable character and is very engaging, this gave me the feeling that he was trustworthy, which is something I require from tradespeople, so I was confident the work would be carried out to a high standard, which it was. He cleaned and tidied up after himself and it was as though he’d never been at the house. He took time to explain the use of the ladder and why it was necessary to use the pins to lock the legs to avoid damage or injury. All in all, Richard did an excellent job in a short space of time, he is a very pleasant family man and I would fully recommend him to family or friends.

We required a loft boarding and drop down ladder for more storage, Richard talked us through the options and quoted us a price which was very reasonable, the work was carried out to a very high standard and they were very efficient. They cleaned and hoovered up after themselves and overall we are delighted with the finished loft. Excellent job. Many Thanks
