The work was carried out in a very professional manner and all debris was removed by the installer when the job was finished. Very happy with the whole experience and would not hesitate to use again.

Richard Burns boarded the loft and installed shelving. It was completed on the arranged date and for the price quoted. He turned up on time in fact he was a few minutes early. First impressions were that he was smart and professional. Richard is a likeable character and is very engaging, this gave me the feeling that he was trustworthy, which is something I require from tradespeople, so I was confident the work would be carried out to a high standard, which it was. He cleaned and tidied up after himself and it was as though he’d never been at the house. He took time to explain the use of the ladder and why it was necessary to use the pins to lock the legs to avoid damage or injury. All in all, Richard did an excellent job in a short space of time, he is a very pleasant family man and I would fully recommend him to family or friends.

We required a loft boarding and drop down ladder for more storage, Richard talked us through the options and quoted us a price which was very reasonable, the work was carried out to a very high standard and they were very efficient. Ordered a replacement hideaway loft ladder. Richard was punctual, worked to a high standard and was conscientious about cleaning up afterward. He even brought his own vacuum cleaner. I would highly recommend his services.

Requested a new hatch and telescopic ladder to be fitted with an insulated floating floor in the loft area also a breathable membrane fitted to the roof over the boarded area. Also requested to remove the wooden support frame which had formerly held the water tank which helped create extra storage space. Richard arrived exactly at the time he said. Work was completed efficiently and timely the area was very well cleaned on completion of the work. The job was first class and the final result was better than we had expected. The operation of the newly fitted telescopic ladder was demonstrated by Richard also which was much appreciated.

The price was very fair for the task and I was booked in with a date which suited me. Access4Lofts arrived on time, put sheets down to protect my carpets, worked hard and were gone in plenty of time for the school run, as they originally said they would. I required a new loft hatch and loft ladder fitting, and once he measured up I was shown all my options and which ones would suit my needs the best and I received the verbal quote. I was really impressed with how quick the timescale was of quote to installation, and thought he was really professional. The work was done really quickly and he showed me how to use the ladder too.
