Access4Lofts were friendly straight from the off, attending my house to give me a quote, being very respectful of the property and social distancing. The price was very fair for the task and I was booked in with a date which suited me. Access4Lofts arrived on time, put sheets down to protect my carpets, worked hard and were gone in plenty of time for the school run, as they originally said they would. The work was completed to a high standard and fully cleaned up after themselves. I could not be happier with the work completed.

When I first contacted this trader, I got a really quick response and he was able to come out and give me a free quote within a few days. I required a new loft hatch and loft ladder fitting, and once he measured up I was shown all my options and which ones would suit my needs the best and I received the verbal quote. Later that evening, I received an email confirming the quote and we were able to confirm a date for the work to take place. I was really impressed with how quick the timescale was of quote to installation, and thought he was really professional. The work was done really quickly and he showed me how to use the ladder too. I’d definitely recommend Access4Lofts Liverpool South to anyone who requires similar work doing.
