My name is Adrian and I’m your Luton based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.
I offer a free quotation service with no high pressure sales and better still I don’t blind you with science or give you an approximate price and then add on extras – all my quotes are followed up in writing the very next day and I provide a Lifetime Guarantee on all my work!

Couldn’t be happier, I responded to an ad on social media for loft boarding, I was contacted almost immediately, Amadeus arranged to call round to quote for the work, agreed the price as per the advertised promotion and installation booked a week later, Amadeus arrived on time, was extremely courteous and professional, he put dust sheets down to protect the flooring and literally got on with the job. Amadeus installed a new loft hatch and ladder and boarded out 10sq metres of the loft as agreed, he did the most amazing job completed in a day - no mess and no fuss …. We were able to utilise the space immediately, and would definitely recommend - excellent service from beginning to end!!

Amadeus did an amazing job with boarding my loft. He came on time, worked really hard during the 2 days and finished everything as agreed on time. He left my house clean. The boards are all level and providing fantastic new loft space. I would highly recommend this company

They arrived on time and kept to the original price. The work was done very quickly, they said job would take two days, but was done in one. Very tidy and had to work around my dog and they were very polite towards the dog and myself. Well done access 4 lofts!
