When we made the decision to sort out our loft we got a few quotes but the thought of sorting all the stuff you collect over a period of time can be quite overwhelming. Our experience of working the Josh and the team has made this no where near as daunting as we feared . From our first contact we were impressed with the efficiency of arranging the survey and getting the quote which clearly set out the work required. When the raised our concerns about how much work was involved we were supported by the team. The ongoing communication has been excellent. Messages confirming when the work would commence etc On the day they arrived early and commenced work treating our home with respect , all three of the team were really polite and professional. At the end of the first day all rubbish and dust was cleared away , everything was spotless. The job was completed on the second day . We were then shown how to work the new loft hatch and ladder safely. We went up into the loft which was spotless clean and had provided some great storage with a really solid floor . All in all this has been a very positive experience and we had three lovely people do the work . I would not hesitate to recommend Josh and the team to make you loft a safe and usable space
