Helpfully commented that my insulation was up to scratch
Josh came to my house within a few days of my initial inquiry. He quickly accessed the loft space I was concerned about and said he felt the insulation was sufficient. He offered an extra layer of insulation for a very reasonable price, but we both agreed that it wasn’t really necessary. It’s very rare to find a trader who is honest enough to say that further work is not needed. I would certainly trust Josh to come and do work for me in the future should I need anything done within his company’s offer.
