My name is Adrian and I’m your Manchester based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

We're really happy with the work Adrian did on our loft. The initial quote was quick and easy and Adrian was friendly and knowledgable about the work to be completed. The work itself was completed to a very high standard, exactly as discussed and at a competitive price on a day we chose. There was minimal disruption and any mess / dust etc... was cleaned up to the point you wouldn't know they had been there. The shelves, ladder, light and boarding have transformed our loft from a dark dumping ground to a usable storage space. We couldn't have asked for more and wholeheartedly recommend Adrian and Access4Lofts.

The work to fit out our loft was completed today after commencing yesterday. Excellent work done to a high standard. Daniel placed dust sheets on the carpet to minimise mess and even hoovered up after he had finished. Very happy with the finished job and would highly recommend. Daniel and Adrian were courteous and friendly throughout the process and they clearly take great pride in their work. Once completed, I was taken up to see the new insulation and flooring to ensure I was completely happy. Great price too compared to other quotes received. All paperwork/guarantee were signed off and left with me. Shame all contractors aren't as thorough, competent and deliver what they promise to.

From start to finish I was very pleasedwith service, meet with adrian, had a quote, agreed a price and a date for work to take place. Arrived on time, very clean during and afterwards, give clear instructions on how to operate the loft ladder also had lights fitted and they explained their location.
