Kelvin enlarged our loft access, fitted a new wooden loft ladder and added some very useful storage shelving in the loft. Throughout the process - from first contact, providing the quotation, answering queries, and doing the job - Kelvin was always polite, prompt and professional. On the day of the work, he arrived on time and completed the work to schedule. He was meticulously tidy throughout, leaving no mess when he left. Had the loft boarded out, Kelvin turned up to inspect and was very knowledgeable and friendly. They turned up on the agreed date and were very quick, and finished within one day.
