I used K L Lofts to install a loft ladder, insulation and boarding of the loft and had some storage shelves added. They were recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. The service provided was first class right from the initial inspection and quote to the completion of the job. The work was completed to the agreed schedule and budget. Communication at all stages was excellent and all questions were answered and Kelvin was so helpful with advice given. Aftercare was also excellent in that Kelvin forwarded a video to reinforce the instruction that he had showed in use of the loft ladder.
