I researched local loft insulation specialists and after reviewing feedback I asked Kelvin to visit and provide a quote. The approach to enquiry acknowledgement, communications, the survey and the scheduling of the work itself were professionally executed. The job was skilfully managed with dust sheets layed and the construction of the raised floor and installation of the insulation and the ladder completed on the day, on time and operation fully explained. All waste materials and the old ladder removed. I can recommend Access4Lofts without hesitation.

Kelvin arrived promptly and began work with his colleague immediately - no drinks, just got in with it, which was great to see. They were efficient, tidy and careful of the house decor when moving wood and equipment around. The finished result 4 hours later was exactly what had been promised and finished beautifully. Kelvin enlarged our loft access, fitted a new wooden loft ladder and added some very useful storage shelving in the loft. Throughout the process - from first contact, providing the quotation, answering queries, and doing the job - Kelvin was always polite, prompt and professional. On the day of the work, he arrived on time and completed the work to schedule. He was meticulously tidy throughout, leaving no mess when he left. I used K L Lofts to install a loft ladder, insulation and boarding of the loft and had some storage shelves added. They were recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. The service provided was first class right from the initial inspection and quote to the completion of the job. The work was completed to the agreed schedule and budget. Communication at all stages was excellent and all questions were answered and Kelvin was so helpful with advice given. Aftercare was also excellent in that Kelvin forwarded a video to reinforce the instruction that he had showed in use of the loft ladder. I highly recommend their excellent customer services, quality and value for money.
