Kelvin enlarged our loft access, fitted a new wooden loft ladder and added some very useful storage shelving in the loft. Had the loft boarded out, Kelvin turned up to inspect and was very knowledgeable and friendly. They turned up on the agreed date and were very quick, and finished within one day. I used K L Lofts to install a loft ladder, insulation and boarding of the loft and had some storage shelves added. They were recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. The service provided was first class right from the initial inspection and quote to the completion of the job. The work was completed to the agreed schedule and budget. Communication at all stages was excellent and all questions were answered and Kelvin was so helpful with advice given. Aftercare was also excellent in that Kelvin forwarded a video to reinforce the instruction that he had showed in use of the loft ladder. I highly recommend their excellent customer services, quality and value for money.

The project was carried out with excellent workmanship and the quality of the materials is very good. It doesn’t surprise me why the warranty offered is what it is. I had quotes from three different companies and Access4lofts were the cheapest by far and after reading reviews I was happy for them to do the job.I was a tradesman myself and know good work when I see it. I was very happy with there work they were very professional and extremely tidy I would highly recommend them.

Just a small area of boarding, but needed to avoid some things, and have a reinforced area for a tank. Did a very neat job, with no fuss, but asked for my opinion where necessary. Cleared up afterwards.

I explained the problem with the ladder not clearing the hatch and that the job was partially completed. Kelvin took the job on and completed in a day, on a Sunday, because he was booked up for the next two weeks and did not want to leave us with an open hatch. Very thoughtful, the job was completed to a good standard. He fitted three LED strip lights to complete the job and placed a new switch conveniently by the hatch.
