I received my quote in good time and arrangements were made for the work to be completed. The whole experience was very professional from both Adam and Simon. They were considerate and courteous throughout and the work was carried out to the letter. I can now safely access my loft and it has been transformed. They removed all of the rubbish along the way. They were also very kind to my dog tolerating his barking.

Simon and his brother arrived on time and did not stop working until the loft conversion was finished. They transformed the loft from a dingy dumping ground into a usable, clean and bright space. Complete with shelving. All the rubbish was removed and I mean everything even down to the old plastic water tank. Fantastic work.

Simon did a fantastic job fitting new loft ladders in our terraced house in Whitley Bay. It was quite a tricky space with a higher-than-average drop, but he worked around it brilliantly and found a solution. He was punctual, tidy and even took the old ladders away, which was a huge help. Really pleased with the result — would definitely recommend him for any loft access or ladder fitting work!

We had problems with a previous tradesman's work, that meant our loft was full of mold. We needed new insulation, boarding and a loft ladder. Luckily Simon was very upfront, and helpful, he told us the cost, but did not pressure us at all. He went above and beyond to fix issues other people had caused. Would absolutely recommend, no complaints at all.

I can’t say enough good things about this family team. From the initial visit, they were great. They gave a very clear and detailed plan of the job. And also offered two options depending on my budget. The work itself happened exactly according to schedule. They respected my home, were reliable, polite, organised, and very clean and tidy. The end result was exactly what we had discussed, with additional attention to detail, such as creating a shelf to cover some existing sharp metal framework so that we wouldn’t hurt ourselves on it. A complicated job because of the size of the hatch but Simon and his team found the appropriate solutions and completed the job on time, no mess and to a really high standard at an affordable price . Simon and his team did a fantastic job boarding our loft, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. From the first visit, they were prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable, taking time to talk through the options with us and offer helpful, practical suggestions and advice. The work was completed on the agreed dates, and they got the job done more quickly than they estimated and to the exact budget we’d agreed in advance. The team were friendly, courteous and tidy throughout, and we really appreciated the care they took not just with the job itself, but with how they worked in our home. Nothing felt rushed or careless, and their pride in their work was obvious. Simon and his team have been excellent in their communication and realisation of the project completed today. First class workmanship over the one and a half days it took to transform our unused attic into an easy-access storage area, lit by a recommended and highly qualified electrician a few days prior to the commencement of the project. Super job all round. Worth the wait for the agreed dates. Simon's a busy man unsurprisingly.

Having just bought a house we needed the loft access enlarged, a ladder, insulation and flooring to be installed. I contacted this firm and Simon rang me back promptly. He called to survey the work, clearly explained what he would do, how long it would take and when he could do it. He sent me a detailed quote by email which we accepted and which was accurate. We found Simon and Adam to be reliable, prompt, polite hard working and efficient. Simon was particularly helpful managing to work around our tight schedule and we are delighted with the result. We would have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.

The task was to relocate a loft hatch from bathroom to landing, and to install an integral hatch and folding ladder. Simon and Adam clearly knew exactly what they were doing and did a thoroughly professional job. It was hard to believe they could cut a large hole in a lath and plaster ceiling without creating any mess, but that’s what they did. They also installed an upright handrail just inside the opening and put a sheet of roof membrane above the new hatch to stop mortar debris from falling onto it. The job took about six hours and they never stopped. The whole operation was very impressive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. At a later date we will be asking them back to install flooring in the loft, once I have used the new hatch and ladder to clear out some of the accumulated junk.

Simon and Adam helped install ladder, new hatch, insulation and boards in an awkward loft above a fitted bathroom. It was not a straightforward job. They were friendly and very professional.
