I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

Simon was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the job in advance and, when plans had to be adapted (original ladders too wide), he kept me up to speed with developments and showed he had pre-planned for this possibility by having another set of ladders in reserve. He went above and beyond, even moving our hallway light which had previously been in an annoying position in relation to the loft hatch. The job was completed to a very high standard, in good time and Simon left the area spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simon to anyone.

I contacted Simon for a quote to get the loft Hatch made bigger and install loft ladders. We discussed boarding the loft space when he arrived and he gave me 3 quotes for different boarding options. He fitted us in before Xmas fot the lift ladder and some additional electrical work and booked us in for this month to complete the work. I was impressed at how knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was and he didn't give me the hard sell! The team were great: prompt, skilled and clean. I can't recommend them enough, I felt Simon went out of his way to give us a really good service and outcome.

Would highly recommend Simon and his team to do any loft boarding. From the day Simon came to look at job and do quotes nothing was too much hassle. He was happy to provide any advice I asked for and also for very honest and genuine. He is not one to try and sell you everything he even said just get done what you think you will use then can always add more. Simon and Chris were very efficient in the work and very clean. They laid out all dust sheets and fully cleaned up afterwards. Thank you again for all the work

I was impressed with Simon from the initial survey through to the fitting of a loft ladder and loft hatch. All options were quoted for including increasing insulation and boarding. After agreeing our preferred option and installation date the work was carried out on time, very neat job and all rubbish taken away and area cleaned up. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to any prospective customers.

This company installed a blind loft hatch in the bedroom. Drilled two peep hole's to look through to make sure it was safe before the installation. The two operatives were pleasent and polite and very efficient and provided a very professional service. It was on schedule and agreed price,and provided information for aftercare.
