Our loft was a bit of a mess, to say the least and we needed new insulation, boarding and also electrics checked with new strip lights. Simon, his daughter and the electricians performed a miracle. Communication was excellent, they arrived promptly, the house was left clean and tidy, all rubbish was taken and payment was not required until the job was complete. We are utterly delighted with the end result and would certainly recommend them.

The installation involved replacing a very old loft hatch and ladder to our 120 years old house with high ceiling and delicate plasterwork. Throughout, Simon performed the work skilfully and professionally. His attention to detail and “can do” approach made for a highly successful outcome. Both Simon and assistant, Robyn, should be commended for their work.Whist I believe the work was at times quite difficult, they never lost their good humour.They left the landing and staircase areas, clean and tidy. Contacted the Access 4 Lofts to service my slingsby loft ladder. Due to pressure for both Simon and myself work did not take place until 23rd May. Simon and his daughter arrived on time on the day and completed the work as per the estimate. They treated my home with the utmost care cleaning up after the work was completed. I'm pleased to report that the work was carried out efficiently, to time scale and exactly per quote. Simon was courteous and helpful, he had help to install on the day and they were both careful about my property and cleared up and cleaned before they left. We did have a hiccup over mis-spelling my email address in the early days but that was resolved, Simon was contactable by phone. Simon was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the job in advance and, when plans had to be adapted (original ladders too wide), he kept me up to speed with developments and showed he had pre-planned for this possibility by having another set of ladders in reserve. He went above and beyond, even moving our hallway light which had previously been in an annoying position in relation to the loft hatch. The job was completed to a very high standard, in good time and Simon left the area spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simon to anyone.

I contacted Simon for a quote to get the loft Hatch made bigger and install loft ladders. We discussed boarding the loft space when he arrived and he gave me 3 quotes for different boarding options. He fitted us in before Xmas fot the lift ladder and some additional electrical work and booked us in for this month to complete the work. I was impressed at how knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was and he didn't give me the hard sell! The team were great: prompt, skilled and clean. I can't recommend them enough, I felt Simon went out of his way to give us a really good service and outcome.

Would highly recommend Simon and his team to do any loft boarding. From the day Simon came to look at job and do quotes nothing was too much hassle. This company installed a blind loft hatch in the bedroom. Drilled two peep hole's to look through to make sure it was safe before the installation. The two operatives were pleasent and polite and very efficient and provided a very professional service. It was on schedule and agreed price,and provided information for aftercare.

Simon and his brother did a fantastic job fitting additional insulation, boarding and membrane to our loft. They arrived exactly when they said they would, did a fantastic job, charged exactly as they quoted and tidied up after themselves such that you would never know they had been . They even did some lovely little extras (at no cost), such at sealing a couple of holes they spotted in our tiles and fixing the loft ladder (that was not installed correctly by someone else). Both Simon and his brother were really pleasant and friendly and I would highly recommend them both.
