Wanted my attic boarded out and access hatch made larger. Contacted a few businesses including Access4Lofts (Edward). Edward was very professional throughout the visit, explaining all aspects of the work to be undertaken and most importantly the price, which I was assured was fixed no matter what. The quotation arrived the next day, very competitively priced so I arranged for the work to be completed the following week. Communication was fantastic and I can honestly say Edward is the most cleanest trades person I have ever used. The work has been done, as described, as priced. If you are looking for this kind of work to be done don’t look any further than Edward, you won’t be disappointed.

I had been wanting to have the loft boarded and a loft ladder fitted for some time. I was a little concerned about the cost and the mess. I did have someone to take a look, but they thought it was quite complicated, hence, I left it for another time. I then decided to look for a company that specialised in this area and came across Access4Lofts Edward Wong. From the first phone call to the survey visit, to the completion of work was absolutely amazing and I am thrilled. Edwards professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. He undertook the survey, sat down with me, and explained his plan and he then completed the work himself within a few weeks of me agreeing to go proceed. It took a day and a half with no mess. It was also very reasonably priced, so it was a win win all around. I can highly recommended Acess4Lofts and Edward Wong.

From start to finish, Edward has been very professional with firstly the initial visit to quote and then to actually doing all the work as per agreement. My loft was hot, dusty and a low pitch so poor Edward had a challenge to work for the two days getting everything done. He got on with the job until finished and was always tidying up after himself. The loft looks good and is now useable for storage that I needed urgently. Thankyou Edward for your great service and I have already recommended Edward to other family.

Edward boarded 20sqm of space in my loft, fitted a new hatch and strengthened the surround, and added a new loft ladder. As an additional piece of work, he fitted a balustrade to improve safety because of the drop down to the other half of my loft. The work was originally scheduled for two days, however Edward diligently came back on the third day (a Saturday no less) to finish the job because of a combination of the hot weather slowing progress, the complexity of the loft area and to complete the additional work discussed during the first two days. Following my enquiry regarding a quote, Edward called me back the following day and visited later that same day. Once I accepted his quote, he quickly fitted me in a week later. From his initial call to completing the work, Edward was polite, considerate and friendly, and always willing to provide helpful advice. He communicated any unexpected issues regarding the installation as they happened, such as the pre-existing electrics not working, and provided a workable solution, such as LED and motion-sensing lights. After completing the job, Edward took the time to give me a tour of my new loft space and provide guidance on how to properly use the three-section ladder. I am delighted not only with the quality of his work and value for money but also the level of customer service he offered throughout the process. Trust me, Edward is the real deal.
