Pete was totally professional from his survey through quotation to installation. He also showed me pictures of the insulation and flooring he had installed. He worked hard through a day and a half. Great job, would definitely recommend.

I’m very happy with the work that Pete has done, from beginning to end he has been professional. Punctual and respectful, he supplied the quote quickly, turned up exactly when he said he would, and replied to emails promptly. The house was left clean, and the bits he worked around in the loft were handled respectfully and stored carefully. There was minimal noise which I was amazed at - he just got on with the job and did it well, with no disruptions. Final invoice had a minor adjustment (slightly lower as he used less boards!), so very honest. Very grateful as it’s difficult to find trades like this!

We were very happy with Pete Conneely. He topped up our loft insulation, boarded the central part of the loft, fitted a loft ladder and a new loft hatch. Pete arrived punctually and provided a quote which he stuck to. He completed the work with little fuss. We hardly knew he was there. everything went to plan and he cleaned up after himself. Pete did an excellent job and we would recommend him unreservedly.

Mr Conneely carried out the survey for installation of a loft-ladder at my house and gave me a date to complete the work within four weeks. He arrived on time, and carried out the job quietly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the results, and would certainly recommend his services.

Pete was great from first engagement for a quote to the completion of the installation - enlarge loft hatch, fit new loft hatch, 3 piece ladder, additional insulation and boarding. Having boarded a loft before we needed someone to do this one because of the time and size. The job was completed exactly as described and since the job took 3 days, the house was always left in a clean and tidy condition. Not only that, the installation is so much better than a standard set of boards and legs to raise it above insulation. A really thorough and strong installation that makes getting into the loft, storing items and moving around as easy as if it was downstairs. Bad news - this will probably attract so much more storing, but that's not Pete's problem. Many thanks. Strongly recommended to all .

Access4Lofts North Hampshire were able to fit in my job earlier than originally expected, they were prompt in starting the work, and completed it in less time than originally estimated. My loft hatch is in an awkward position, and they managed to fit a loft ladder, which I wasn't at all sure would be feasible. The loft floor boarding is great, the extra storage it's given me is a huge benefit.

We contacted Pete Conneely from Access4Lofts to discuss easy access to our loft. He popped out to see us and gave us options along with a quote. The work was then booked in. Pete arrived promptly to do the work, put dust covers on the stairs and landing and on completion he showed us the loft area he had boarded and how to work the loft ladder. He was very neat and tidy, kept to the quote and did a perfect job for us. Would highly recommend him.

From the outset I have received outstanding service from Pete. Communication is second to none, highly professional individual and quality of work faultless. Would definitely recommend.

The fitter arrived on time, covered every part of the work area with dust sheets. He worked without break or interruption and completely finished including a thorough cleaning of the work area before asking me to look and watch his demonstration of how to use the ladder and showed the safety features. His price was as quoted although he also painted the architrave that he had fitted around the hatch.

Peter installed a new 3 section loft ladder and pull-down trap. All work was done professionally and on time, and was done to my satisfaction. I found him courteous and helpful and would not hesitate to recommend.

Pete did a fantastic job boarding out our loft for extra storage space that we lacked. He also installed a bigger hatch and access ladder. We were really pleased with the work and professionalism that Pete showed and are absolutely over the moon with the finished project. He slightly overquoted for the initial work, as he estimated the square footage as larger than it actually was. In the end he deducted the difference of the bill, which was very decent of him. Pete arrived on time for measuring up and emailed me a detailed quotation later the same day. Once I had accepted the quotation (which was exactly that and not an "estimate") a date was fixed for installation. Pete arrived on time for the installation and installed boarding to the loft, a replacement loft ladder and a new insulated hatch cover which was made to measure. Pete ensured that all carpets leading to the loft area were covered and any minor dust was vacuumed up before he left.
