Thankyou John and Luke for the excellent job of installing our new loft ladder. Our only regret is that we didn’t have it done years ago. John was great at organising electrical work to be sorted first and then arranged a date to install the ladder. He arrived promptly and had the job completed in 4 hours. It is so easy now to access the loft. He covered the stair carpet while they worked and left the area clean and tidy as found. We were very pleased with this company and would definitely recommend it.

John and his helper arrived on time and got straight to work. They had the whole job done just after lunchtime. It was very neat and tidy. They left the place the way they found it. The loft ladder is so easy to use. I could rate John highly enough for the job he did.

They installed a loft ladder suitable for my circumstances and floored and insulated the loft. They were on time and the job was completed as agreed. There was no messing about, they worked hard all day and tidied up when they were finished. They took time to explain what they had done and why and demonstrated how to operate the loft ladder. John installed a loft ladder, top up insulation, flooring, and shelving. From start to finish John was meticulous in his workmanship , friendly and professional. John went "the extra mile" by even taking down loose floorboards from the attic and cutting them up to make it easier for me to dispose of. John carried out flooring in my loft. The first day he arrived he explained everything and gave me a quote, we then agreed a date for the work. We got the loft ladder, some flooring and shelving done. It was very reasonably cost John arrived on time, the noise was a lot less than expected, and he was a very tidy worker. Would highly recommend. We are delighted with the space we have now.

I had a new hatch and loft ladder fitted plus an area floored in the roof space. After agreeing to a quote from Access4lofts John confirmed a day and time to carry out the work. He and a mate arrived promptly as arranged and completed the job in around four hours. The standard of work was outstanding and the area was left spotless. John shelved one side of my loft. He initially came out to provide a quote & was very quick at providing a price & date to complete the work. He arrived on time on the date agreed & completed the work very efficiently to a high standard.

After initial contact, John called out and gave an estimate and advice. I wanted a replacement loft ladder and flooring in the loft. We also discussed possible shelfing. He arranged a time for the job. This was confirmed the day before and he arrived on time. He was careful and thorough in his work. He explained all things very well. He came back a few days later to finish off the shelving. John has done a very good job and it has transformed my loft. I would recommend him to anyone.

John Donnelly was incredibly reliable arriving on time for initial inspection and then very helpful in explaining the products he would use and the process of the work. Upon starting the work he arrived on schedule and again kept us informed of the work plan. He was very meticulous and had dust sheets in place throughout the work. He tidied up any mess at the end of each day. He was incredibly quiet and efficient with no extraneous noise or mess. I would happily recommend this gentleman to anyone.

The work I had done was the flooring of the roof space and installation of an access ladder and lights. The work wad done exactly to the agreed schedule and budget. I had previously seen the traders work in my neighbours house and was very impressed with the standard of workmanship. The aftercare was good as I received an easy to follow video clip of how to operate the ladder and had the traders mobile number should I have had any difficulties. Nothing has gone wrong to date .

John provided a brilliant service - from the initial visit and quote to completing the work. He arrived when he said he would and worked around the unexpected bank holiday for the Queen's funeral so he could finish on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the insulation work I needed and I felt confident that he would do a good job. After he had left, I couldn't tell that he had been - he left absolutely no mess. Now that the weather has turned really cold, I am really appreciating what a difference the loft insulation makes and especially as John insulted the loft access hatch which has cured the usual winter draught around the ankles! A good job well done.

John fitted loft insulation and flooring for us. We are very happy with the job. John came out at the arranged date and time to have a look and quoted clearly for all the work he could do. John was truly professional and provided an excellent service. Advised on what would work best in a small and complicated apartment installation. The price was a lot more reasonable than other companies and he made sure to call out himself for inspection before carrying out the work. His workmanship and the final result was outstanding. Couldn’t have asked for more.

John installed a loft ladder for me a couple of weeks ago. I asked him at the time to give me a quote for flooring the remainder of our loft. (We had only a fraction of the space floored at the time of the ladder installation). The quote arrived promptly and I was satisfied with it especially as I knew the quality of John’s work. We’ve just had our attic converted by John and couldn’t be more delighted with it. He’s done an exceptional job. When he was converting he noticed some raised platforms that he could further convert to give us even more storage and was able to do it within the timeframe he originally provided too. Highly recommend and will be telling all the neighbours about him! Really lovely guy too.
