From first contact to completion we were very impressed with everyone we came into contact with at Access4Lofts. Improved insulation and complete flooring of our loft has created perfect conditions for storage. We were a little apprehensive prior to work being carried out since we have wooden floors, however, the two guys who were on site to complete the installation were excellent and we had no cause for concern. Would recommend without hesitation. Thanks to all at Access4Lofts.

Great communication from original enquiry to finished job. Michael rang as he was on his way to tell me he was going to be a little late, and when he did arrive he got straight to work and didn't stop until the job was completed. He tidied up as he went along and did a fantastic job. He enlarged the loft hatch, fitted a new drop down hatch and telescopic ladder. He also boarded out the loft space and fitted shelving. I am very happy with the result and thoroughly recommend Access 4 lofts for all your loft needs.

I went to Access4Lofts because of the excellent reviews given by customers. I was looking to have a pull down ladder and loft flooring installed. The initial survey visit by Matt was very professional and he outlined everything that would be done. This was followed up with a full quote by email within two hours together with the date of installation. On the day Martin and Mark were extremely professional with a friendly “Can do” attitude. They fitted our new loft ladder and installed a superb floating floor in our loft in under a day. Their work was very tidy and clean . I was very impressed with Access4Lofts and picking them to transform our loft was a great choice. A seamless experience from start to finish. I would recommend Access4Lofts to anybody looking for any kind of work to their lofts.

Cannot fault our experience with Access4Lofts! Arranged for a quote for our new build house on the day we got the keys, arrived on time and were very friendly and informative. They tailored the quote to the space we had available and arranged the works to be carried out a couple of weeks later. Had my bungalow loft insulation upgraded as it was quite patchy. Also had loft entrance enlarged & ladder replaced as existing one was very flimsy. The work was done on time, polite workman, tidied up as he went. Bungalow much warmer now & energy bill much cheaper. Quote was very reasonable and honoured. Very happy with the work and the company. Would use again.

Very impressed with the speed and quality of the work. The team turned up on time and went to work straight away. They hardly stopped all day. The loft space is totally insulated and the raised flooring is solid and looks great. The new loft hatch and ladder are such an improvement, so much better than the old cheap loft ladder, I can now get into the loft without worrying that the ladder is going to fail. And having a well-made, fitted and insulated, hatch makes a huge difference to both the look and the ease of access. I now have a loft space that the boiler & aircon service engineers can confidently get into and work in, and I can use to store those occasionally used (forgot I had) things without crushing the insulation. I would definitely recommend Access4Lofts to anyone thinking of getting this kind of work done.

Friendly and helpful service from start to end especially when I had to reschedule. Very pleased with the work, an excellent solution was found to stop the loft hatch catching on the adjacent door frame. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently and I was super impressed with how clean and tidy everywhere was left.

Very happy with the work carried out. Pictures were taken during the fitting and full operating instructions given. I even went up to see the process half way through. Very impressed. We had loft ladder, hatch, lights, partial flooring and full insulation. From initial contact with the office team, to site visit, to work completion it was all a pleasure. After the initial contact, I was impressed with all stages of the process: The understanding of our needs/requirements was excellent and the quotation was swiftly undertaken. The date for installation of new loft access, boarding and supplementary insulation was agreed and adhered to. The standard of work was high and the attitude of the personnel was exemplary. Overall this was a good value piece of work.

I'd had a few quotations from local businesses but had a niggle in the back of my head over their security as a business and would they be here for the long term. Warranties are no good if a company goes out of business. I arranged to have Access4Lofts to come around and survey my loft. They did a very thorough job and within a few weeks I was seeing the quality of their work first hand. The two guys who came to my house were highly professional, friendly and got straight on with the job. They care for my property laying down dustsheets from the front door up to their working area. It does help if you clear out the loft first and give them a good amount of working room else it is a lot of work for them to do and although they can do it, I prefer to let them get on with their work. I wanted to increase the insulation in my loft and so had them add 200mm of new insulation over the old (why remove it, it is doing a job) and add stand off boarding for approx 16sqmm of the 60sqmm loft space. They were fantastic and I can only recommend them to anyone who needs loft work done. NO corners cut, good quality of work, through knowledge of their skill base and totally professional from start to finish. Pricing was reasonable and the work done quickly and with the utmost efficiency. A definite recommendation from me.

My wife and I decided we wanted to part board our loft and add a loft ladder. Paul from Access4 lofts came and looked at the work required and suggested a couple of add one, like refreshing our loft insulation, some lights and shelving in addition to the boarding and ladder. He said he would provide a full breakdown of the costs and we were free to choose the bits we wanted doing. There was no pressure selling and he was very professional. He duly supplied an estimate with a price for each part of the work he could provide. As my wife and I had discussed a budget priory to the quote arriving, we were pleasantly surprised that we could have everything we had planned and more so we promptly rang Paul and agreed a date for the work to be done. On 19th May, as agreed the workman arrived, covered all our furnishings and promptly set to work. 8 hours later everything we had asked for was in place and it is amazing. Afterwards we both said we wished we had done this sooner as our loft is now accessible and usable. Would thoroughly recommend this company. Well done and thank you.

The installer arrived on time, completed the work to our satisfaction. The price quoted was what we paid no hidden extras added when sent the invoice. Overall a very satisfactory job.
