My name is Dave and I’m your Plymouth based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

Access4Lofts carried out the upgrading of our existing loft insulation to bring it up to present day standards. This also included reinforcing the insulation to the cold water storage tank and associated pipework within the roof space. They also as requested, cut up and removed from the roof an old rubber water tank so that we could dispose of it for recycling. The work was carried out very efficiently with the absolute minimum of fuss or inconvenience, we have no hestitation in giving our recomendation for Access4Lofts to anyone considering work of this nature.

Having read quite a few of the reviews, I wholeheartedly agree with them, a true 5* job. Dave arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, laid out his dustsheets covering the landing and stairs then cracked on with the job of modifying the loft hatch surround, fitting a new insulated loft hatch and then installed the new loft ladder system. Dave then showed us how to open & close the new loft hatch and then how to deploy and put back away in the loft the new ladder (if I can do it anybody can). I would recommend Dave (Access4Lofts) to anybody in Devon and Cornwall. Thanks Dave (as we say in Devon Proper Job)

Roof insulated and boarded. New hatch and ladder put in. Dave was professional, clean tidy and quick. Dust sheets placed on stairs and landing, protective wear on shoes to protect the home from dust and debris. One and a half day's work and very punctual. Wouldn't even know he was here.

The team at Access4Lofts installed around 9m2 of flooring in the loft of our new build property. The team arrived on time and were courteous and efficient.
