My name is Dave and I’m your Plymouth based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

I recently moved into an old cottage in March with no access to my loft. Desperately needed storage space I started to look around for possibilities to access my loft. I explored several different options none of which were satisfactory. One day I read in a local magazine about Access4Lofts, I made a call and felt immediately confident that this company could forfill my particular requirements. They were very professional, told me my options and once they had given me a quote I agreed for the work to be done. The joiner who came was very professional, put down sheets to keep everything clean, completed the work effeciently and effectively within the morning and tidied up after himself. He had actually created a brand new hatch cover the size necessary for my particular loft so it fitted perfectly. He was very patient in showing me how to use the ladder with the pole and got me to practice while he was still there so I was confident in doing it alone, they told me to ring if there were any problems, but there weren't and have since transferred alot of things into my very accessible loft.

From initial request, which was answered promptly, to visit, quote and installation I was impressed with this company. Ed arrived on time aned carried out his work quietly and efficiently. Carpets were covered as a first step and no dust was left behind on completion. The old ladder was taken away and the new one installed with a minimum of fuss. The new installation was patiently demonstrated to our complete satisfaction.

Brilliant service from the first quote which arrived by email within 10 minutes of the loft being surveyed. Absolutely no pressure to have the work undertaken. Absolutely fantastic service & great value for money. When we made the call the admin team advised we would get a call to book an appointment. That happened exactly the time advised. They even managed to squeeze the quote appointment in earlier for us. Once we decided the price was good we went ahead. The appointment to fit the ladder and loft boards, light all went to plan. We were also delighted to know that our new build NHBC warranty wouldn’t be effected. Every person we spoke with were just lovely and pleasant. I went off 3 peoples recommendations and I’m glad I did

Met with Dave a few weeks ago to explain what we would like in regard to a partial boarding of our loft together with a pull down loft ladder for ease of access and we also asked his advice regarding extra loft insulation. Everything was explained to us at the time and a quote sent out very quickly. Dave arrived today and undertook all the work that had been agreed to a very high standard. Explained the full workings of the loft ladder to us and ensured we fully understood. Extremely professional job undertaken and would highly recommend his services.
