Excellent service from initial quote to final installation. I was not sure if a loft ladder would fit but after a survey. Dave provided a workable solution. The work was conducted on time, to cost and with excellent workmanship. Pleased with result.

Access4Lofts is a very focused franchise ~ they do one thing and they do it well. The range of actual ladders is deliberately few because what they have is entirely suitable for the obvious purpose. Even better, when it comes to actual installation, their team are highly experienced In the task in hand which means they are quick and good at it. In my case, what I wanted was a much bigger "hole" in the ceiling as I intended to get some quite bulky items into my loft. The "surveyor" talked me through the options and explained why I did not need a new ladder because what I had was correct for purpose. (There was no hard sell for an unnecessary "upgrade".) Having agreed the scope of the task, the rest went like well-maintained clockwork. The job was scheduled for a time that suited me and Dave: arrived promptly; checked that the specification was still correct; helped me decide on a small piece of detail (the actual positioning of the ladder); gave an accurate estimate of the time required; and, tidied up afterwards. All in all, it was an excellent evolution from start to finish. I have no problems at all about recommending Access4Lofts as providers of an excellent service.

From booking a quote, through to the day of installation the company was very helpful and made everything really straightforward. Easily contactable via email, sorting out the quote and arranging a date for installation was really easy. On the day of installation, the installers arrived promptly at 9am and were both friendly. They were very careful to look after our house during the installation. We are really happy with the end result, with a loft that is now insulated, boarded and has an easy access ladder to get in and out of the roof. Couldn't recommend the company more, an all around professional and thorough service.

Dave and his team turned up on time and worked quickly, tidily and as quietly as possible to install a new loft hatch and ladder, insulation of loft boarding all within 1.5 days. Couldn't ask for a better service. Would definitely recommend.

Access4Lofts carried out the upgrading of our existing loft insulation to bring it up to present day standards. This also included reinforcing the insulation to the cold water storage tank and associated pipework within the roof space. They also as requested, cut up and removed from the roof an old rubber water tank so that we could dispose of it for recycling. The work was carried out very efficiently with the absolute minimum of fuss or inconvenience, we have no hestitation in giving our recomendation for Access4Lofts to anyone considering work of this nature.

Having read quite a few of the reviews, I wholeheartedly agree with them, a true 5* job. Dave arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, laid out his dustsheets covering the landing and stairs then cracked on with the job of modifying the loft hatch surround, fitting a new insulated loft hatch and then installed the new loft ladder system. Dave then showed us how to open & close the new loft hatch and then how to deploy and put back away in the loft the new ladder (if I can do it anybody can). The team at Access4Lofts installed around 9m2 of flooring in the loft of our new build property. The team arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. They made sure we understood what they did and importantly that the install did not affect our NHBC certificate. The work was of excellent standard and we’d highly recommend them to anyone else in future.

Dave of Lofts4Us gave us a quote at the end of last year which we accepted and he advised work would commence 07/02/22. On 06/2 we were contacted to ensure we were ready for the installation and Dave arrived promptly at 09:00 as previously advised. Dave was polite and friendly and proceeded to cover carpets on stairs and landing. He did not need any assistance and carried out work without any disruption to us. There was minimal noise and no mess. He finished the job quicker than we expected and then ran us through the workings of the ladder he had installed and asked us to inspect the loft flooring he had installed. Everything ran really smooth from start to finish and would highly recommend Dave and Lofts4Us.

I needed more storage space in my new build bungalow. Access4lofts gave me a reasonable price. They were prompt to commence the job - after giving me reminders by text which was helpful. The actual work of boarding out the loft, fitting a light and ladder, were done cleanly and tidily. Can't believe that it was completed in only three hours. I was taught how to use the ladder. I was also advised about loading limits on the actual boards. All in all a very pleasant experience and thanks to a competent tradesman.

Loft space work carried out, board laying, loft ladder, light and hatch installation and old water tank removal. Arrived on time and friendly and polite. Had all the equipment needed to do the job, including dust sheets. Very clean and tidy work all completed in a day, and gave a full demonstration of the ladder ad hatch. An excellent service from start to finish. The quote was quickly sent and the work completed on time. The company were very professional, clean and tidy with a high standard of workmanship. New van that was clean with a good livery in my experience usually a good sign on its own. A very pleasing end result and no large deposit required, in fact no deposit was asked for and no money was asked for until all the work had been completed. Overall a very high quality and professional service.
