Having used a ‘loose’ ladder in our Victorian home for years we determined a proper built in one was now necessary. Access4lofts are a local firm and proved easy to deal with. From the assessment to quote to delivery and finish, all went perfectly smoothly and provided an excellent solution to our needs. The quote and the work required were clearly stated making a decision on using them easy. From the second they arrived, attention was paid to ensuring minimal disturbance and dust. The guys worked tirelessly and quietly and finished the job in less than 4 hours- given they had to dismantle the existing loft hatch, seal it and build a new one before installing the loft ladder. Once complete fully details instructions on use were clearly explained. An excellent job at a very reasonable price.

Morgan and Josh turned up on time this morning in Hesketh Bank to install loft boarding, insulation, And a new hatch to the Loft they got to work right away and carried on non-stop until the work was carried out. They also fitted shelving in the loft the lads were conscientious and very careful with the work they carried out so it’s not to cause any undue damage or inconvenience, I would highly recommend B and N Lofts Without reserve. Nathan arrived on time and worked hard all day. He explained everything and answer my questions fully. What a transformation, I didn’t realise my loft was so spacious and now accessible by the pull down ladder. He also fitted crawl ways to both bathroom fans which I’m sure electricians will appreciate in the future. Next winter will be much warmer with the extra covering of insulation fitted. I’m extremely pleased with the standard of workmanship and materials used. This young man is an asset to your company.
