Outstanding service from start to finish. Jamie came to provide a quote, we discussed what I wanted, and Jamie went through my options. Jamie did a survey of the loft and explained in detail what my options were in terms of types of ladders and the loft hatch, etc, and then explained the process and what to expect on the day. I was provided with a quote for my two preferred options (wooden ladders/metal ladders). I wanted the wooden ladders and the most square footage of boarding to give me the maximum space. Jamie also recommended providing fresh insulation, which had been in there for years (and years!) and was well overdue, which I appreciated. I confirmed I wanted to go ahead and chose the next available date. On the day, Jamie was very punctual, put down dust sheets to avoid mess, he is very hard working, professional, and did a fantastic job with the installation, loft hatch, and ladders. Jamie is a lovely lad, very friendly and easy going, got on with the job which was done in great time (in 1 day). The job was done to a very high standard and Jamie cleared up afterwards, including hoovering and showing me how to use the ladders, get up into and back out of the loft. Highly recommended and I will certainly be recommending to friends, family, and colleagues. Thank you, Jamie!

Making an appointment was easy and we were booked in quickly. Everything was explained well and a quote (with breakdown of every cost) received the next day. We had to wait a few weeks for the next available date for the work to be carried out, but this is perfectly reasonable. On the day, the work was carried out methodically and efficiently with the minimum of mess or fuss. Dust sheets were put down and everywhere was hoovered afterwards. We are very happy with the results - and the price - and would definitely recommend.

We were entirely satisfied with the work Jamie carried out. Quote was very clear, price acceptable. Jamie arrived early and had the entire job finished in a little over half a day. Brought dust sheets and covered everything, leaving the house spotless when finished. Very friendly, polite, helpful. Finished job is excellent and was very worth getting done. Very satisfied with every aspect of the work completed by Jamie. Replacement loft ladder, hatch, some insulation material and replacement boards. He was very polite, considerate and explained each part of the work fully. He demonstrated and explained how the loft ladder worked. The detailed quote I received was appreciated, each element of the work and price was clearly explained. Jamie responded quickly to my emails. He left everywhere tidy when he left.
