Happy with insulation, flooring and ladder. Increased my storage space massively. No issue at all with loft hatch being slightly smaller. I would highly recommend Access4Lofts.

We were anticipating spending a lot of money having the loft access work done on our home…we were wrong! Access4Lofts was affordable and the work was carried out with skill! The craftsman was friendly and gave great suggestions. Brilliant work!

What a breath of fresh air this young man is 😊. Jack, I cannot thank you enough for your honesty and kindness. I had moved to a little bungalow where the loft ladder was left permanently down. I have a disability which means that the strength in my arms is very poor. Several loft firms had come and surveyed but only Jack told me that there was a vital part missing which was causing the loft hatch not to close. I was lucky enough to find the missing part online and once fitted the loft hatch now works perfectly. Jack could have sold me a new loft ladder but instead, he gave me good advice and did himself out of a sale. Integrity such as this should be celebrated and announced which is why I am writing this review. Jack, you are a wonderful person and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Jack visited our house, carried out a survey, advised us of what we needed and didn't need then sent a quote through later the same day. We accepted and was given a date for the works to be carried out. The guys turned up on the day at seven thirty am, which was good for us. They covered all floors with dust sheets, carried out the works and then vacuumed up on completion. The guys were very good, polite and we are very happy with the result and would recommend Jack and his team.

From initial phone enquiry to completion of the job, I found Jack who came to survey the loft and Josh who came to fit the new ladder extremely pleasant and helpful. The job was completed to our great satisfaction. Communication was swift and ongoing. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had hatch relocated, reinforced hatch structure with ladder, light fitted and boarding provided and installed on a floating floor. Jack and his team were amazing at first meet and when work was completed. On first meet Jack was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me and I knew he was going to do a great job! He explained everything I needed to know about the work that was being done. I knew after that first meet we would be using Jack. On the day the work was done Jack and his team were on time. They are all hard workers, kept my home clean with putting dust sheets down before they started and hoovered up when they had completed work. They were all very polite and really helpful. When work was completed they showed me the work and how to use everything safely and correctly. And was also told to contact them about anything if needed. Overall I was really impressed with all the work done and how good the guys were. I will definitely use Jack again if I need any more work doing.
