We had hatch relocated, reinforced hatch structure with ladder, light fitted and boarding provided and installed on a floating floor. Jack and his team were amazing at first meet and when work was completed. On first meet Jack was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me and I knew he was going to do a great job! He explained everything I needed to know about the work that was being done. I knew after that first meet we would be using Jack. On the day the work was done Jack and his team were on time. They are all hard workers, kept my home clean with putting dust sheets down before they started and hoovered up when they had completed work. They were all very polite and really helpful. When work was completed they showed me the work and how to use everything safely and correctly. And was also told to contact them about anything if needed. Overall I was really impressed with all the work done and how good the guys were. I will definitely use Jack again if I need any more work doing.

Second time we have used them, very impressed all round. Excellent communication, punctual, friendly staff, high standard of work and good value. Had to change the job as my mum was finding it difficult to make a decision but this was no problem and was handled with understanding. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done on their loft.

Access4Lofts provided an excellent service. From turning up on time to do a quote, providing a date for insulation and arriving to complete the job. The installers arrived on time and were polite and courteous throughout the installation. Job finished in the time stated and minimal disruption while on site. Worked completed quickly and tidily and to a high standard. No complaints and just what I was looking for.

The fitter Jamie, arrived before the given time and worked very quickly. He was very clean and tidy and extremely polite. Dust sheets were put down before he started work and he hoovered up before he left. The loft ladder installed works exactly as was explained to us at the time of quote and is very sturdy. We are extremely pleased with it. We feel it is very good value for money.

Great friendly service from quote to installation. Arrived on time - outlined the job, old ladder removed and new one installed in around about an hour. Disposed of old heavy wooden ladder. Jack went through the work done and how the ladder worked, very helpful. We received a comprehensive quote and timescales prior to agreeing to the job. Very happy - good job.

Contacted Access4Lofts and Jack responded that same day to arrange a visit to talk through my ‘idea’ - didn’t feel hassled or rushed and he fully explained what work would be undertaken. Professional quote which detailed all agreed work and clear costings followed by an agreed date of installation to suit all. On the day, arrived on time and got straight to work. Full installation was completed by 2pm that afternoon and talked through how to operate the ladders. Already moving my stuff up there!! Board out of my loft, including shelving, installation of loft hatch and ladder, lighting and a fused switch so I can plug in a small camera which is fed through from landing. Really recommend, all-in-all professional business and team!
