Worked completed quickly and tidily and to a high standard. No complaints and just what I was looking for.

The fitter Jamie, arrived before the given time and worked very quickly. He was very clean and tidy and extremely polite. Dust sheets were put down before he started work and he hoovered up before he left. The loft ladder installed works exactly as was explained to us at the time of quote and is very sturdy. We are extremely pleased with it. We feel it is very good value for money.

Great friendly service from quote to installation. Arrived on time - outlined the job, old ladder removed and new one installed in around about an hour. Disposed of old heavy wooden ladder. Jack went through the work done and how the ladder worked, very helpful. We received a comprehensive quote and timescales prior to agreeing to the job. Very happy - good job.

Contacted Access4Lofts and Jack responded that same day to arrange a visit to talk through my ‘idea’ - didn’t feel hassled or rushed and he fully explained what work would be undertaken. Professional quote which detailed all agreed work and clear costings followed by an agreed date of installation to suit all. On the day, arrived on time and got straight to work. Full installation was completed by 2pm that afternoon and talked through how to operate the ladders. Already moving my stuff up there!! Board out of my loft, including shelving, installation of loft hatch and ladder, lighting and a fused switch so I can plug in a small camera which is fed through from landing. Really recommend, all-in-all professional business and team!

Dealing with Jack was a pleasure. From initial quote and advice to carrying out the work, he was always spot on time. Boarding a never previously used loft is a mucky job and it was nice to return home to everything completed as agreed and left clean.

My wife Fozia had been planning on additional storage space within the house and we came up with a plan of extra storage space within the loft, having checked on a few different suppliers we came across Jack Ellis and his company and seemed impressed with, his own prompt and review and together with other peoples reviews and new that this was the right company for the job! We discovered that the decision was right as the service provided by the team was the best we had experienced for a very long time, the job was done within the minimal fuss and on time and careless of our home and we strongly recommend anyone having a loft installation, to go with Jack's company as that it is one of the best and we will also be letting out family and friends for loft installations. We had a large loft area boarded and fitted with frame-shelves. At the same time the team brought our loft up to the current insulation standards. They also did one late request job and one unrequested job that I was glad of! I requested the day or so before they were due to arrive, if they could remove an old cold water tank that was on a timber frame (I was intending to do that myself, but had a shoulder injury). About a week before the job, as we were emptying the loft, the LED lighting system in the loft stopped working, and I didn't have time to try and fix it due to other commitments. When the job was completed and I was being shown how to operate the loft ladder and loft hatch, when I looked up there was the LED lighting working again. The guys decided to take a look at it and fix it whilst they were in the loft! There was no change to the quotation I had been given. Not only did the team work full on and efficiently, the temperature in the loft on the day was extremely hot and uncomfortable, their work ethic was top class. You always wonder if a supplier that is new to you, will deliver a quality job, and in this case we were delighted with what was delivered.

We’re very pleased with the work carried out, they arrived on time and covered stair carpets with dust sheets and worked in a clean and tidy way. The guys who did the job were polite and friendly and did the work as we expected, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company.
