Access4Lofts Rochdale

We had a large loft area boarded and fitted with frame-shelves. At the same time the team brought our loft up to the current insulation standards. They also did one late request job and one unrequested job that I was glad of! I requested the day or so before they were due to arrive, if they could remove an old cold water tank that was on a timber frame (I was intending to do that myself, but had a shoulder injury). About a week before the job, as we were emptying the loft, the LED lighting system in the loft stopped working, and I didn't have time to try and fix it due to other commitments. When the job was completed and I was being shown how to operate the loft ladder and loft hatch, when I looked up there was the LED lighting working again. The guys decided to take a look at it and fix it whilst they were in the loft! There was no change to the quotation I had been given. Not only did the team work full on and efficiently, the temperature in the loft on the day was extremely hot and uncomfortable, their work ethic was top class. You always wonder if a supplier that is new to you, will deliver a quality job, and in this case we were delighted with what was delivered.

We’re very pleased with the work carried out, they arrived on time and covered stair carpets with dust sheets and worked in a clean and tidy way. The guys who did the job were polite and friendly and did the work as we expected, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company.

We were absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Marcus and Jamie.They arrived at the exact time that was made they were very well organised never stopped all day and completed the work to a high standard ie enlarged the loft hatch to accommodate a folding timber loft ladder and 18 sq mtr's of flooring.

The two lads who came to do the job were brilliant. They arrived on time, it took them about 3/4 hours. They left no mess. We are very satisfied with the work they carried out. I would highly recommend them.

Jack and his team installed a new loft hatch, insulation and boarded out our loft. They gave us a quote, which we then amended with no problems as they were happy to tailor it to our specific requirements. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and to a high standard. They were friendly and clearly enjoy their work. It was a tricky install as our original ceilings have been lowered, requiring two separate hatches to gain access. Would definitely recommend!

Marcus and his colleague, sorry forgotten his name, arrived on time, and got on with the work. They made an excellent job of boarding the loft and fitting the ladder. They made very little mess and cleaned up after themselves. Marcus explained how to set up the ladder safely and he came back the next day to fit an extra hand rail to make access easier for us. We are very happy with the work that was done.

Jack was a very pleasant man. The whole process from ordering the work and to completion was great. Jack cleaned after himself and the work he did:- loft hatch, loft ladder and flooring was to a very good standard. I would recommend this company to anyone and if I need anymore work done in the ie shelving he would be my go-to man

Even though the installer Marcus looks about 17 years old, he was extremely polite, professional, efficient and skilled. A great job, highly recommended.
