Excellent service. Loft Ladder, shelving and flooring installed. They arrived on the promised date and completed the installation in an efficient manner.

Access4Lofts were professional from start to finish - very well setup company. Can’t remember the last time I got a proper works invoice - this along with the excellent communication made me trust the business. Arrived for the quote and on the day of work on time and with everything needed. Work was done quickly to a very high standard. Marcus who installed our loft flooring was a brilliant lad, very friendly, hard working and honest. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Products used appear to be of a high quality, certainly stable enough for my to jump up and down in the loft if I wanted. Will use again and would highly recommend. In terms of pricing - really competitive. We had quotes from a couple local tradesmen and a national company. Access4Lofts were very well priced but their professionalism is what made the choice for me.

Very pleased with the work done. Jack and his workmate were prompt with their visit. They were very efficient in completing the job with no fuss and in good time. I am very pleased with the quality of work and it was completed with little disruption and everything was left extremely tidy. Both workers were friendly, polite and helpful with advice. No problem recommending them.

I have very recently had my loft boarded out for extra storage by this company. The waiting time was a couple of months due to how busy there were but that told me they were a decent company to use. They arrived on time, the were well mannered, they told me how long the work would take and considered the fact I was also working from home. They answered any questions I had about the job along the way. Upon completion I was shown how to safely use the pull down ladder, I checked out the work and had a look in the loft. They used covers to protect my carpet and hoovered up afterwards. Payment was only required once I had been emailed the invoice later that day. Happy customer.

Jack and his Pal turned up on the day he said he would. After a quick brew and recap, they were straight into the job. Garage loft and access created and landing access sorted. Great guys and company, they do what they say on the van.

We had 2 loft spaces made into usable storage spaces comprising of extensive boarding, earth wool, Electric strip lights and fold away Ladders. The two guys Jack and Marcus were efficient, courteous and did an excellent job and cleaned the area afterwards. For the work carried out we would be pleased to pass on their details to anyone requiring similar work.

Just had my loft done today. They arrived on time and set up quickly. They were polite and efficient. They started at 8am and were finished around 12:30, for 20sqft which was really good. They also put down dust sheets and cleaned up after themselves. They installed a ladder and widened the loft hatch too which meant we had easier access.

Can’t recommend Jack and his associate highly enough. Really professional and pleasant , quoted us a good price, turned up when they said they would and worked safely and cleanly the whole day. Everything was left clean, tidy and all surfaces wiped down with sanitiser. I would recommend anyone thinking of having their loft space done to ring Jack, you won’t be disappointed and his work is completed to a high standard 10 out of 10, he’s great

From my initial email request, Jack promptly turned up to quote me for new hatch, 3-piece ladders and boarding of part of my loft with some shelving too. He advised me on all aspects particularly the need for enlarging the hatch. Marcus arrived on time on the day of the job and explained what the job entailed and how long it would take. He did an excellent job and thoroughly explained how to use the drop down ladder etc. He hoovered everything up too. Many thanks to both of you.
