Jack is by far one of the most professional people that I have had the pleasure to meet. From booking a quote to getting the job done Jack explained everything clearly and was true to his word that there were no hidden costs. Jack and Marcus arrived on time, were extremely courteous throughout the day and left everywhere tidy! Jack made sure that I was happy with his work every step of the way and now I can walk around the loft without fear of falling through my ceiling. After reviewing a number of companies for my Loft boarding (42sq metres) and Hatch, Ladder, I was struck by how good Jack / Marcus feedback was from other people who had used there services. After having a quote completed which I knew was competitive for quality work I booked them in for 2/3 March. What can I say about these guys...they arrived on time and early (8 am) both days which I like and both cracked on. They are both very personable and just put you at ease which is not always the case with workmen in my opinion. They did exactly what I asked for too high quality and I was struck both days on how clean they left my house, putting down sheets and hoovering which again is rare and I work with a lot of suppliers nationally. I would not hesitate to book these guys if you want what you pay for and want quality work done by down to earth great lads.

Full boarding of the loft area, ladder fitted, new hatch, electric lighting and shelving. Excellent service from beginning to end incl communication, attention to customers requirements and offering advice when and where required by the customer. Arrived on the arranged date at the time promised. Work commenced as soon as arrived and worked through until the project fully completed. Professional, polite and considerate tradesmen. Excellent service and standard of work, worth every single penny and pound spent. Would definitely be an asset as a selling point within any property. Marcus and Jack were extremely professional on all aspects of the job from initial quote and advice, to organising date and doing the actual job. They worked quickly and efficiently, checking with me what I wanted (where to position ladders etc). Very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I had the whole length of the my loft boarded and shelves added all along one side, a light and ladder fitted, all completed in a morning. I can't fault any part if the job and I'm really pleased with the outcome. I've already recommended them to my neighbour. An impressive company with equally impressive young workers. Highly recommended.

From the initial scoping visit to the installation of boarded floating floors to two first floor lofts, Jack & Marcus proved themselves to be highly professional tradesmen. After initial contact Jack came quickly to measure and quote for the job. This was received promptly and a date was set for the work to be completed. Jack and Marcus arrived at the agreed time and fully protected the house with dust and plastic sheeting before commencing any work. They were courteous and polite and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. When they had finished they cleaned to a very high standard including use of antibacterial wipes (in the current Covid-19 situation). They demonstrated the use of the loft ladder and hatch and allowed inspection of their work before they left. We were really pleased with the service we received and would definitely recommend them to others

Access4Lofts were professional from start to finish - very well setup company. Can’t remember the last time I got a proper works invoice - this along with the excellent communication made me trust the business. Arrived for the quote and on the day of work on time and with everything needed. Work was done quickly to a very high standard. Marcus who installed our loft flooring was a brilliant lad, very friendly, hard working and honest. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Products used appear to be of a high quality, certainly stable enough for my to jump up and down in the loft if I wanted. Will use again and would highly recommend. In terms of pricing - really competitive. We had quotes from a couple local tradesmen and a national company. Access4Lofts were very well priced but their professionalism is what made the choice for me.

Very pleased with the work done. Jack and his workmate were prompt with their visit. They were very efficient in completing the job with no fuss and in good time. I am very pleased with the quality of work and it was completed with little disruption and everything was left extremely tidy. Both workers were friendly, polite and helpful with advice. No problem recommending them.

I have very recently had my loft boarded out for extra storage by this company. The waiting time was a couple of months due to how busy there were but that told me they were a decent company to use. They arrived on time, the were well mannered, they told me how long the work would take and considered the fact I was also working from home. They answered any questions I had about the job along the way. Upon completion I was shown how to safely use the pull down ladder, I checked out the work and had a look in the loft. They used covers to protect my carpet and hoovered up afterwards. Payment was only required once I had been emailed the invoice later that day. Happy customer.
