Really pleased from start to finish. I enquired with the office about what I was looking for and was informed about the process and that they would get someone to come round to have a look and provide me with a quotation. I believe it was Des who originally came over (same week I phoned) and he was great, talked me through my options with various loft hatches and ladder types and even took measurements for boarding. I received my written quotation the same day with all the various work I had requested broken down and set out. I confirmed I would like to go ahead with the wooden hatch and telescopic ladder in the first instance with the boarding being carried out in the next few months. An appointment was available quickly and I was booked in. Pete arrived this morning and carried out the work after laying the dust sheets to protect the carpet. Really lovely personable guy and felt at ease immediately and the work was completed (faster than expected!) Pete even hoovered then talked me through using the new hatch and ladder with a demo. Really pleased I chose this company and will be making contact again in the next couple of months to have the boarding carried out. Thank you all.

Jim who fitted the loft ladder was very professional clean, tidy and polite Was excellent in explaining how the loft ladder worked . The workmen ship was excellent would definitely recommend to friends . Phil who came out to price the work was very professional and gave excellent information and advice. They all took their shoes off when entering my premises which I feel gave a lot of respect to me the customer f my property. I know if I have any concerns with the loft ladder now fitted ,the aftercare will be excellent due how the work was carried out Emily in the offices was excellent in updating me with my quote ,any quires and updates with the work that was being carried out. Phil, Pete and Amadeus arrived on time, presented ID and commenced work. They emptied my loft so I could start sorting it all out. The work carried out was to a very high standard. There was hardly any mess and hoovered my hall after the work was completed. Jim arrived at the end of the job and painted the surround of the hatch so it blended in with my ceiling. Phil made sure that I could operate opening and closing the hatch and that I was happy with the work carried out. They also kindly put all the items I wanted to keep back in the loft for me. I will definitely be recommending Access4Lofts Romford to family and friends as it all went very smoothly and was very good value for money.

Des came by for inspection and asked various questions about loft hatch and positioning of same and gave a verbal quote followed by a written quote. A couple of weeks after initial inspection and recommendations from Des, Jim arrived and laid the groundsheets and immediately got to work in removing the old loft hatch and ladder. He carried out work on his own and installed a new hatch cover and reinstalled our existing ladder within a few hours. He carried out all old parts to his van and hoovered up any remaining debris after removing the groundsheets. He demonstrated how the door opened to expose ladder and demonstrated same with ladder. He then watched us do the same.10/10 Jim. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Replacement loft hatch and ladder The whole experience when using Access4Lofts Romford has been fantastic from start to finish. I rang the office and spoke to Emily who courteous & efficient. A visit was arranged for the next day. Des called and was bang on time. Measured everything up and I had a quote and had booked a fitting time by the end of the same day. Pete came to do the fitting and was brilliant. He arrived promptly and completed a not straightforward fitting absolutely perfectly. Plus everything was tidied up afterwards. The x3 workmen that attended (Phil, Pete, James) were very polite and professional. They were punctual and presented me with ID. They confirmed what work was being undertaken, and then prepared the work area protecting the carpets with dust sheets. The job was completed within a couple of hours and was to a very high standard. On completion, they cleared their tools etc away, hoovered the carpet covered by the dust sheets, and then they explained how the loft ladder worked. The payment was made prior to them leaving. I would highly recommend Access4Lofts to anyone.

We are very happy with the work carried out by Access4Lofts. Phil and Pete were extremely polite, diligent and tidy throughout the installation. We had insufficient insulation so they topped it up which has made an incredible difference to the temperature upstairs. We also had a large area boarded and loft ladder installed which has been transformational in terms of our storage options in our house. Very pleased and we have already recommended them to our neighbours!

We chose Access4lofts as they seemed the most professional out of the company’s we contacted. We originally wanted a pull-down aluminium ladder but Des explained that we could have a larger loft opening and a fold-up wooden ladder fitted to our new loft hatch door would take less space in the loft. The young guy who fitted our new ladder, Phil, was helpful, polite and friendly and above all, he was a spotlessly clean worker! He demonstrated how to use it once it was fitted and painted the surround so it blended in with the ceiling. He tidied and hoovered as he went along and on leaving I couldn’t find a speck of debris anywhere. I would highly recommend this company.

Access4lofts Romford responded quickly to our enquiry and they gave us a competitive quote to insulate and board our lofts as well as line the roof. The guys carried out the work and did a brilliant job. They arrived at the agreed time each day, worked extremely hard all day and finished the job within the three days quoted. After each day they cleaned up perfectly, as if they hadn’t even been there. The finished job looks great. Everything has been completed to a high standard and they spent time at the end demonstrating the ladder installed and the work that had been carried out. We are extremely impressed with the professionalism and standard this company work to and would highly recommend them for all your loft requirements.

Turned up when they said they would, great group of lads very polite! The loft was boarded, new ladder and hatch installed - high-quality work done on time and they left everything spotless. Phil and Pete were very efficient with there work and completed the job in 2 and half hours with no fuss. They showed me how my new ladder works and how to safely access my loft. From quote to completing the work, Des, Phil and Si were all a pleasure to work with. The job was done quickly, really well to a high standard and they left the area spotless. Would highly recommend to anyone having work done in their loft.

Bill and his colleague arrived at the agreed time, discussed with me their plans for the installation and proceeded to lay down sheets and prepare the area. They operated in a very Covid safe way ( Masks and distancing at all times) and within 3 hours the job was finished. Bill then demonstrated how to operate the new stairs and then cleaned up perfectly. Have no hesitation in recommending the company on quality, price or manner.
