A good advert in a local magazine. A prompt response to my enquiry. Followed by a prompt visit to determine our requirements. Offered various options to enable us to choose our preference. Responded quickly to our subsequent queries. Agreed a date, time and price, all based on our availability and affordability. All the time kept in touch via e-mail and texts. Arrived on date and exact time agreed. Laid dust sheets, carried out the work very efficiently and effectively, cleaned up, and then showed us how to operate the loft ladder. Really impressed and would highly recommend.

I was really happy with every aspect of the work done.Michael was very professional in every way. He was efficient, courteous and very informative before doing the job and after explaining how to access the hatch door and how to use the ladders. I don’t usually have confidence in recommending a tradesman, but I would recommend this company to anyone without any reservation. We needed more storage so we had the loft converted and a ladder installed these guys were so professional on time and on the money too Respectful to me and my property, I would definitely recommend them to anyone before they left they made sure we knew how the ladders worked and we were satisfied with the work and cleaned up afterward you wouldn't know they had been; brilliant.

Mike arrived at the time he said he would. He came the day after I contacted him. He could see that our house would be getting cold. He suggested various ways of solving the problem and set to work immediately. He used some new parts but refused payment for them or for the time taken. I would highly recommend this generous tradesman based on my experience with him.

My loft has been boarded out for storage by Mikey Flanaghan at Access4Lofts. From the start he gave great advice and answered all my questions. He was prompt to start and did the work in a day. I now have a fantastic amount of storage space with good access. The standard of the work is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.
