The first time on meeting Jonathan for a quote on a loft ladder and loft boards in my attic I could tell he was a very professional and very friendly trader. Fantastic experience from start to finish nothing like previous people have said is too much trouble. I read reviews on Jonathan's trademanship before contacting this company. Johnathan as soon as he arrived to give us a quote was so professional and personable. After getting the quote the following day he confirmed he could carry out the works in 6 weeks (I can fully understand why he is so busy). After confirming the works and quote, I requested a call back at short notice; if he could do the works earlier than the planned date (a lot of tradesman promise to get in touch if they have a cancellation however: one never hears from then again), luckily a week after we confirmed the April date, Jonathan had a cancellation 2 weeks later and called to ask if we wished to take the revised earlier date. When Jonathan arrived, he carried out the loft works to an outstanding quality, his thoroughness, cleanliness and general attitude toward Customer focus is/was second to none. I unreservedly would recommend Jonathan to anyone who wants a first class service with regard to loft expansion. Thank you, Jonathan. it was a pleasure to see a first class tradesman.

Jonathan supplied us with a very competitive quote for a new loft hatch with ladder. We booked him and his correspondence from quote to final invoice was quick and all correct. Jonathan arrived on time, no excuses like most, started work straight away, didn’t stop, covered the whole area with dust sheets and did a really brilliant job for us with no fuss or excuses that extra work was required.
