Found Alex through a lucky google search. Came over, gave a quote/estimate based on our requirements and also some advice on potential work (we just moved in) We took him up on his offer as he seemed very prideful and knowledgable on his suggestions. On booking, the quote was provided and accurate (No hidden charges) and paid after completion of work with no upfront/deposit. Alex arrived on time as instructed, laid down protective sheeting and got straight to work. 2 days work for a full board of loft - reinsulation - adjustment of existing boards/beams. Removal of existing plastic hatch/installation of new hatch/ladder/enlargement of existing entrance to loft. Friendly and professional through, cleaned up after and no mess / no fuss. Was very happy with the result. Alex seemed very happy with his work and took pride in the work he did, and he should, it looks great. Would recommend for anyone else looking for similar work.

Alex was a very hard worker, raising my loft floor, putting in the loft hatch and ladder, and completing the job within the given timeframe. I was very pleased with the finished job. He explained and showed me how the hatch and ladders operated properly. The house was left clean and tidy after the job was finished. I cannot thank him enough for a great job done.

Listened to what we needed to make the most of our loft space; he explained everything and showed us pictures of previous work he had carried out. Once they arrived they worked hard throughout the day completing in the timeframe we were given (1 day) - once the work we completed they cleaned up and he showed us the completed work and explained how to get and put away the loft ladder correctly asking us if we were 100% happy before leaving. We are very happy from the 1st visit to the completion of work and would be happy to recommend to anyone who is looking for this to be done
