Listened to what we needed to make the most of our loft space; he explained everything and showed us pictures of previous work he had carried out. Once they arrived they worked hard throughout the day completing in the timeframe we were given (1 day) - once the work we completed they cleaned up and he showed us the completed work and explained how to get and put away the loft ladder correctly asking us if we were 100% happy before leaving. We are very happy from the 1st visit to the completion of work and would be happy to recommend to anyone who is looking for this to be done
