Stuart did an excellent job installing our loft insulation, boarding, and ladder. From start to finish he was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He explained everything clearly and made sure the installation was done to a very high standard. The loft is now much more accessible and properly insulated, and the boarding has created a really solid and practical storage space. The ladder is sturdy and easy to use, making a huge difference compared to before. Stuart worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and was friendly and respectful throughout. We’re extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for loft work to be done.

Stuart has provided the most amazing service and I cannot fault him. From coming to provide a quote to completing the job he has been friendly and approachable throughout. He fully boarded our loft, widened the access hatch and installed a telescope ladder. The job looks better than I could have imagined and the loft is so easily accessible now. Stuart went above and beyond whilst in my home and I was so impressed with how clean and tidy he was. He even ensured that he was closing the stairgate, to keep my toddler from climbing the stairs, each time he had to go in and out the house to his van. Little gestures like this go a long way. I cannot recommend access4lofts any more highly. Thank you!

Stuart was very meticulous and explained exactly how it worked once fitted. He also sent us a link to a youtube video demonstrating how it works in case we forgot. We would not hesitate to use him again if the need ever arose and will definately recomend himif we are ever asked or discussing loft ladders with insulation. Price is very fair and did not even look elsewhere once he quoted and gave us a date for fixing. 5 star service all round.

The initial survey was very helpful and I was given a clear explanation of what was going to be done. The actual work was done quickly and efficiently. I was shown how to use the new ladder and tried it for myself. Having the video to refer to is a good idea and I was reassured to know that I can receive help in the future, if needed.

Stuart was quick, clean, tidy and very well priced. We wanted a large section of our loft boarded to use for storage, as well as a ladder and hatch installed. We were given a range of options to choose from and no pushy selling. Communication with regards to quotes, updates and a courtesy message the day before work started was appreciated. The end result is great and I now have loads of room to use in my loft. Would and will use again for future loft work. Thanks!
