What Glen describes about his work is exactly what he does. The whole process was so easy, from me contacting the admin team initially, to the work being completed by Glen. Glen was professional, polite, and took time to explain when I wasn't quite sure what he was trying to convey. For such a messy job he worked extremely cleanly. I have no hesitation in recommending Glen if you need your loft hatch moved to a different part of the ceiling.
