Access4Lofts Southend on Sea

We were initially hesitant to hire Access4Lofts, as we had no personal recommendations and found them through an internet search. Our concerns were quickly put to rest when Glen visited to provide the quote. We wanted to relocate our loft access, and Glen was very helpful during this initial visit. Later, we decided that a timber ladder would be a better option than a stainless steel one and that we needed to board the loft to create storage space. We contacted Access4Lofts again, and they promptly returned to provide a new quote after assessing the area. Just five days before the scheduled work, we changed our minds once more about the access location. We reached out to them, and they were incredibly accommodating, arranging a third visit to the property to finalize the plan. On the day of the installation, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Jayden was handling the job by himself. He worked efficiently and meticulously, leaving the work area spotless. We couldn't be happier with the final result. The entire team at Access4Lofts was exceptionally patient and supportive throughout the process. Their willingness to make three separate visits and their prompt responses to all our questions made this a fantastic experience. The quality of Jayden's work truly exceeded our expectations.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Jayden. He arrived promptly, asking me if I had any questions before he started. Put down dust sheets, covering not only the room he was working in but all the way down the stairs. Jayden removed all the old boards we had and then fully boarded the entire space. Upon completion, he asked if I wanted to review first. He then made sure everywhere was left clean. I would highly recommend Access4loft.

Loft ladder installed today; old-style house, so lots of cutting and pre-install work needed to be done. Excellent job, no mess left for me to tidy. Jayden was very polite and helpful, arrived as stated and cracked on with the job. A very happy customer, no hidden extras and everything finished to a high standard.

Had a reinforce hatch structure as required for ladder installation & a 3 section spring assisted aluminium loft ladder fitted at my property. The service received from the initial survey to the completion of works was excellent. Glen attended to the survey when arranged & his advice/ knowledge of what would work for me was welcomingly received, as this was a tight area to work on. A few options were given & the quotes were received promptly. Works were carried out on the option chosen to an excellent standard on the agreed installation date, without fuss or mess & to the timescale advised. Glen visited to carry out the survey for our Loft ladder and new hatch, I couldn't be at home, but my wife met Glen and was very pleased with how professional, friendly and polite he was. 2 weeks after agreeing the quote Glen arrived today at exactly the time that was agreed and carried out the install. Work was carried out without a hitch and for the price agreed even though there were some level discrepancies. No mess left at all, if Glen hadn't of given me the demonstration of the loft ladder I wouldn't have known he had been. I would highly recommend Glen from Access4Lofts without a second thought.

Glen made our loft hatch bigger, installed a wooden ladder and boarded out half our loft. He gave us by far the best quote we received and also was such a great guy. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again for the other half of our loft. The work he carried out is top quality.

Glen was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish he was punctual, polite and happy. When quoting he explained everything clearly without being condescending or pushy and was very prompt in responding to all messages. He arrived on time and stuck to the scheduled 1.5 day install. We left him with a key and he even messaged when he left assuring everything was locked. He explained the easiest way to get up and down on the ladder and even showed us. Would 100% recommend Glen to anyone!

Glen was very polite and professional from the start. He was always punctual for his appointments and arrived with a smile on his face! When he originally came to quote for the works, he explained my options clearly in a way that I could understand and discussed the pricing differences. I did not feel that at any point he was being pushy or focussing on "making a hard sell" He adjusted the quote once I changed my mind and agreed a suitable date which worked well with myself and my family requirements. He was always respectful of my property and kept the area clean and tidy and protected my carpets. As I have a house-cat and a small crawling baby, he ensured the door was always safely closed when entering / exiting the property. He kept to the agreed timescale of 1.5 days and he worked very hard throughout. He noticed there was an imperfection with the loft ladder he was installing and replaced it. The overall quality of work in the loft is amazing. It has allowed me to have so much more storage space in my house. The work looks high quality and made to last. After he had finished, he gave me a full demonstration of how the loft ladder worked and ensured I was satisfied with his workmanship. I am so happy that I went with Glen to carry out these works.

I have just had an excellent job completed, comprising a new loft opening, a new loft lid, and ladder, along with plenty of boarding and plenty of shelving. Glen and Jayden turned up on time, laid plenty of floor covering protection, and proceeded to complete the job beautifully. I had some loft boarding done by Access4Lofts Southend. My loft situation was a little odd but they were able to give me a good viable option that suited my needs. I’m really pleased with the outcome. Glen was helpful and informative when he carried out the survey and Jayden was efficient and splotlessly tidy when he carried out the work. Quick responses via email and a really reasonable prices, so overall fantastic what’s not to like!
