We booked Access4Lofts to install a loft ladder and put in a boarded walkway on raised stilts. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the work, which was carried out very quickly and with a great deal of care and thoughtfulness, keeping everything clean and tidy (carpets were protected and shoe covers worn) and helpfully demonstrating the workings of the loft ladder when the job was finished. We will certainly recommend this company to friends and neighbours!

From start to finish the installation of a loft ladder, 3 pieces were fitted by Dave and Olly super efficiently. The survey was straightforward and carried out professionally by Dave. The boarding was a work of art! And everything was left clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Very pleased with the service from Access4Lofts St Austell, we had the loft boarded out and with a light and ladder installed. They managed to come round and install it within a week of giving us a quote and the quality of the work was very nice. The installers were very professional and left the place spotless afterwards, I would definitely recommend.

We needed better access for our loft with a more secure loft ladder. Two extremely hard working guys finished the job in less than a day. They also fitted storage shelving and replaced the flooring. To make the hatch bigger they even moved the hall light without leaving any trace that we had had work done on the loft.

Initial contact was very good, no pressure to have a survey but happy to answer questions on the products. Once the survey was booked, the surveyor arrived punctually at a convenient time. He took time to consider the loft layout and the access requirements offering different options. We received the quote the next day with the options as discussed. Contact with the office was always excellent and once the installation date was agreed they kept us up to date. On the installation date they arrived as agreed. They took care to protect the area and confirmed again how we wanted the loft area boarded. They were very polite and friendly. The area was left clean and they went through the loft ladder mechanism, the guarantee and checked we were happy before they left. The office did a follow up call to check we were satisfied. We would definitely recommend this very professional company, it was a pleasure to work with them.

Fantastic and very professional team. They arrived on time, explained what was happening, and then worked quickly and effectively to finish on-time. The finished product looks neat, and feels like a quality installation. Hopefully we’ll even save some money now that we have a deep blanket of insulation in place! We also appreciated the capability to deliver a few additional extras specific to our installation: moving lights and disposing of an old water tank in the loft. I was particularly glad they could do this all in-house, without us having to arrange for this to be done separately, as other suppliers had requested. In fact the whole process was great, starting out with arriving on time to give the quote in the first place! I’ve already recommended the company to a friend. If I had other lofts I needed access to, I’d be calling these guys.

We have recently had a loft hatch, loft ladder and partial boarding of our loft done by Access4Lofts. They have been very professional from the point of surveying the loft, to the installation. Very happy with the work and highly recommend.

Grant first travelled considerable distance to undertake a consultation and was able to advise on a number of issues with the loft, such as insulation, ventilation, ladder and hatch access and storage options. ( I had struggled to find a firm that could do that). Grant was personable, open and most importantly listened, and tailored his quotation to my specific requirements and budget. Grant's team completed the work as planned, with minimum fuss, on time. When I was invited to inspect the work I was wowed by the difference it had made, how robust the installation was and the quality of the work. I am over the moon with the finished product and we are already able to use the loft for much needed additional storage as access is now safe and easy.
