Great communication from the off. Sam came within a couple of days to give a quote. Explained everything and gave me options. Sam was a friendly, polite gentleman who took great thought and care in protecting my home whilst he carried out the work. Sam said it would take a day and a half to do the work, but as things went smoothly for him, he managed to do it in a day

Sam arrived on time was tidy professional and exceeded our expectations in all areas. We had the loft boarded new loft hatch and loft ladder. We had a full demonstration of how to use the installed items. We would definitely use him again!

We had some boarding done a couple of months ago and decided to have a further area of the loft boarded. The work was done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price with a minimum of fuss or mess. I have already recommended the firm to a colleague who wants some work doing

Sam and his colleague arrived on time for both the quotation and the fitting of our loft hatch, ladder and boarding. We particularly liked the attention to ensuring our property was respected and thorough cleaning once the job was completed.

This was a very good service from the point of entry right through the process itself. The schedule was initially agreed / altered and kept to budget at both points. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful, listened and responded to my concerns and needs.

Our loft had old insulation and little to no boarding (old doors were used), so it felt really unsafe going up into the loft. The installation that Access4Lofts have put in, along with the boarding have already made a significant difference. The amount of storage space it has created is fantastic. Hopefully we'll see the benefits of the insulation as well, but too early to tell the difference!! Would recommend to everyone!

The service was first class from the initial meeting to carrying out the work. Very professional and transparent about everything. The work was punctual, tidy and very well executed - thank you!! When I called to request a quote, Sam's colleague came out the same day and answered all of my questions. They quickly followed up with a copy of the quote by email. Once the quote was accepted I was scheduled in within a couple of weeks. Any emails/calls I've made have been followed up. Sam and his colleague enlarged our existing hatch, fitted a new insulated UPVC hatch, installed a ladder, partially boarded our loft on raised feet above the existing insulation, and got an electrician to install a light. The work was finished much quicker than I anticipated and was completed to a very high standard. I really liked the fact that the quoted price is guaranteed, that work is guaranteed, and that all of their prices are completely transparent on their website - the last point is the reason that I chose to go with this company in the first place. I would definitely recommend Access4Lofts - very professional, outstanding service.

Great customer service. Clear explanation of products used, work to be carried out and pricing structure. Punctual, polite and friendly on the day work was carried out - worked very hard and did an excellent job, leaving everywhere neat and tidy. Delighted and would highly recommend.

Polite and professional. All work completed within the time frame that had been given to me. Very little mess and all was cleaned up at the end - even had his own vacuum! I had a useful practical lesson in how to open and use the loft ladder. I am very happy with the completed project and would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

The team arrived on time. ( in fact a little early by arrangement.) The job was completed with great care, leaving nothing to have to do on our part. We were given a demonstration as to how to lower and raise the ladder and afterwards asked to try it for ourselves under their watchful eye. We were more than pleased with the service operated by Access 4 Lofts and would not hesitate to recommend others to use the service.
