How totally refreshing to find a professional business who delivered everything he said he would without any drama. I had been unable to get in my loft since I moved in two years ago. The loft hatch was in an inaccessible place, the previous owner had boarded part of the loft by screwing and glueing directly onto the beams. The existing loft insulation was a complete mess. First, Nicholas and I discussed my specific loft problems and we looked at several options and solutions. I then received a proper quote that was ‘worked out’ rather than guessed at. I was able to see what was included and the relevant costs. When he came to carry out the work he arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and then simply got on with the job. I’m very happy with the end result. Totally professional from start to finish.
