Advice given on hatch orientation. Dust sheets laid to protect carpets. Loft ladder installed quickly with no mess for us to clear up.

Nathan from Access4lofts provided excellent advice and options on the first visit and carefully costed the work. Nathan then widened and fitted a new hatch door and a ladder. The work is excellent, and he was very careful and courteous throughout including laying cloths to walk on and hoovering very thoroughly at the end. He is very professional and I recommend without hesitation.

I requested a quote for a new hatch, ladder, and loft boarding. They arrived on time and gave me several options to consider. Once I placed my order, we agreed a date/time for the installation. The work was estimated to take 1 day. They arrived on time, and it took one day to complete the work. The team were friendly and professional. The work was to a high standard, and I am very satisfied with overall finish. They put covers down to protect my carpet and cleaned up after themselves. My home was left without any mess. The price was competitive, the team are reliable, and I would highly recommend.

Since we moved from a big house to a small house, we do not have enough space, but Nathan has transformed our loft into a lovely storage at a reasonable price. We love our loft and are 100% satisfied. Nathan was reliable, punctual, polite, friendly, neat and tidy. He was very prompt to answer our phone calls and emails. My husband and I are absolutely delighted with the outcome and would like to thank Nathan for the fantastic work he has done for us. A representative of the company came out to give us a quote for having a loft ladder and light fitted in our loft. We were very impressed with the way in which the representative explained the different styles of loft ladder. We made our choice and were happy with the quote for the work to be carried out. On the day of fitting, Nathan came along at the agreed time and put down dust sheets to protect our carpets and floors. He carried out the work of installing the loft ladder and the light in our loft with very minimal disruption, none at all in fact as when the job was complete he vacuumed our hall stairs and landing to make sure that everything was left as he found it when he arrived. We were really impressed with both the level of helpfulness in choosing the right ladder for our location, the communication between ourselves and the company and the quality of work carried out. Top marks for this company.

Nathan very efficient guy and did a very good job. Also tidied up after he had finished. Would recommend him and have done already.

The lads came on time very well mannered took only 1 day to do the job when I had a look at wot they had done the workmanship was to top standard would 100% recommend them to anyone I know who wants work done on there loft
