Survey was done quote accepted and date arranged. The team arrived on time and got on with the task in hand. They were pleasant and polite. They boarded my loft fitted a bigger hatch and ladder. Very professional team, talked me through what they were going to do. I had asked for a more stable loft ladder, Nathan went through the different types and advised me which would be the best one for me and it wasn’t the most expensive one. After it had been fitted they talked me through how to lower it and the safety aspects. I can not fault the work, they took great care with everything. Very pleased.

Nathan’s team arrived promptly. They were helpful & Polite they boarded the Loft totally they moved items in the loft before they started. They boarded the Loft created a new hatch with wooden loft ladder and light works is all of excellent standard. They demonstrated how it worked I’d even help me put more items into the loft. Left the house clean and tidy disposing of their rubbish and vacuuming. I am very pleased. I would highly recommend them.
